You're not just a number here. Vanessa, Pamela and the team at the Dale rd Oak Valley always go the extra mile to meet your banking needs. There's bigger banks, but there's no BETTER Bank. No chance to be their favorite customer though. I've got role on lockdown... :-)

Obtaining a mortgage for the new Diamond Bar West development in Riverbank? Go to another lender. The mortgage division at this bank has been totally difficult to work with, despite their agents sweet personalities. Wish I had gone to another "preferred lender" other than this one of three builder suggested. I would have been better off going directly to a lender and doing the loan without a broker at all. Whatever could go wrong, did. Never did they try to make good or offer any monetary consideration even though their commission from the lender was significant. So disappointed and will never recommend them to anyone ever.
