I joined 1/1/2024 and it was the best decision I’ve made this year. My daughter has been trying to get me to come for years. The best workout I’ve ever had. Always different, always a great workout. The coaches, staff , positive motivation and energy is what keeps me coming. It’s like a little family and I love it.

I enjoy the hardcore, well rounded workouts at OT. The atmosphere is inviting and the coaching staff is encouraging and friendly.
