Had an appointment for an oil change, over an hour later vehicle still is ummoved from parking lot. We left. Midas just down the road was quick and easy without an appointment, and at a comparable price.

Just an oil change comes nightmare for my car. the damage your car for purpose and then charge you for fat repair price don’t trust these guys horrible experience

They are completely professional and trustworthy! I wanted to do the oil change in Valvoline yesterday, but they broke my drain plug and couldn't unscrew it. Then they told me they refused to provide any service for my car, refused doing oil change or anything for me Then tell me it was my own fault, and they completely refuse to admit that they messed it up Anyway, I won't go to Valvoline in the future, and today I came to Pepboy in Mchenry.Their professional level helped me successfully remove the drain plug and replace it, and then changed my oil I recommend that you all come to Pepboy. The staff are enthusiastic and easy to talk to Professional in handling affairs.

Pep Boys always has amazing service. They get the job done quickly and efficiently. Emil is super kind to work with and I appreciate the knowledge he has to offer. I always take my BMW here rather than taking it to the dealership for my tire and oil needs!
