evelyn the manager is rude and unprofessional. my apt was cancelled at this location multiple times. they have system issues that they will blame you for and won’t try to schedule you at a different t location or anything. Lauren was nice and understanding but the management is horrible! I will NEVER bring my pet to Petco again.

I know you are in a location where there are lots of homeless and drug users but when a paying respectable human being say could I please use your restroom and they are doing the peepee dance and you have the nerve to say no. Hence the urine on your building. Get a clue be human. I hope it happens to you one day.

Walked in knowing what I needed and bumped into an employee named Amanda in the aisle as I was putting my car keys in my pocket. She greeted me and immediately called over a fellow employee who proceeded to start hovering around me as I shopped. UGH! ?What prompted her to think I’m a shoplifter? It’s the worst feeling in the world feeling like you’re being watched while picking up cans of Royal Canin. I grabbed what I needed and went to check out so I could get in and out as soon as I could. Amanda was in the aisle as I walked to the front and said she’ll ring me up. I gave her my petco account number and made payment. I even took my keys out of my pocket and jangled them to make a point of showing her that I didn’t have stolen goods in my Levi’s Jean pocket.
Won’t be shopping here again. Left with bad taste in my mouth.

Worst attitude I have ever experienced. 2 girls that works there laughing not saying anything to me when I walked in looking for a leash... No help. No problem. Walked out now ordering from Amazon.

They have a lot of variety for pet needs. Food , toys, and Day to day stuff.

Michael and Dani are very rude and unprofessional in the grooming department. If I could give zero stars I would. They mistreated me and my animals. Very hostile and condescending.

I was helped out by 2 employees both of which were knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. They both seemed to really like their jobs and seemed happy to be there. The boss came out and even he was smiling and seemed like he helped shape a fun work environment for the petco team
