ZERO STARS!!! Autumn is wonderful here! However, employees have been caught drinking on the job, stealing, fosters are less than adequate and neglectful. Management does not care and does nothing to better this store for the animals and customers. Go elsewhere and certainly don't get your dog groomed here!!

Haven't had much luck with their groomers recently. There's always one or more members of staff in the salon that just have the worst attitudes. Their demeanor makes me uncomfortable to leave my dog in their care. They really need to do better when hiring those girls. Won't be coming back to this location.

The employees are always helpful and friendly and always come to say Hi to my dog Max. I have never had any negative experience at this store and always highly recommend PetSmart on Sisk Rd. in Modesto

My puppy is a picky eater that’s allergic to chicken, he eats a specific lamb food. I am from Stockton and my store was sold out of his food but I happened to be going to Modesto so I did an online order for pick up and ordered 9 of his lamb food. I picked up my order and didn’t open it until I got home only to realize they had only given me 8 lamb and replaced the 9th one for a chicken flavored one… if they didn’t have the 9 they could’ve easily refunded me instead of replacing it without my consent and for a flavor my dog can’t even eat.

Do not book wit Jazlyn !!!! The worst groomer .
I took my Maltipoo puppy in from a cut bath , nail trim and brushing teeth . First of all she didn’t even brush his teeth or trim his nails and still charged me for it .
Then I walk out and a lady came to me randomly and said I’m glad i seen you please don’t bring your dog here again she said that the groomer was yelling at my dog and treating him wrong . And was not handling him with care . She just continued to say they were not being nice to him .
The worst ! Never again
