I have been bringing my dog here for awhile and always call before hand to make sure they're not busy or to set up an appointment to bring my pet in. I called and was told they're available to go ahead and come in. I came in and there's just one girl there working on a dog already and I let her know I just called and was told to come in and she apologized saying they are short staffed only 2 employees. So I walk out because the dog she was working on was getting excited and so was mine so I walked out and came back. Once they were done with mine I walked back in to get an invoice and got down to fix my dogs harness and the first girl from earlier walks and starts talking about me saying I was rude for saying that I called before hand. I'm sorry that I called before hand to make sure you weren't busy and I actually asked for an appointment when I could've been told over the phone that they're short staffed today but instead was told to come right in. I call to be sure they're not busy and not just walk in but instead I walk in to be called rude. I don't know what happened to the customers always right. If anything I was letting her know that whoever is answering phones is saying you guys aren't busy. I won't be coming back here. She also was pulling my dog by her harness instead of putting one of their leashes on her like they always do but just was pulling her harness instead which I did not understand my dog is a 50lb dog.

This place is pretty good.They have a great selection of dog food and the toys selection is not bad.Not the best place for fish or or aquariums.

Only location that Carrie's my puppy's food and they always have it. Thank you Petsmart I know that i can always find my Royal Canin Rottweiler Puppy food here.

I have been bringing my dog here for years and have had mostly good experiences. However, I'm pretty upset about my most recent one. My dog, Butters, was recently diagnosed with Stage IV Cancer. When I informed the employee of this while dropping him off for his grooming appointment she said "Okay". Less than empathetic response, but okay? Some people are uncomfortable discussing ailment/disability and may not know how to talk about it. I shrugged it off. I pick him up later that day and the same employee checked me out. She said, "I accidentally clipped his neck while I was shaving him; but he will be okay." No apology. Nothing. I looked at his neck and there was an area about 1" long that had been skinned. It was pink and not actively bleeding, so I left. Fast forward to yesterday (10/05/2023), I notice a very dark scab with pus seeping from the sides. The skin surrounding the scab looks infected. I called and was told a manager would call me today. It's still early, but I haven't heard from anyone yet. I'm really upset about this experience. My dog has never been hurt like this during a grooming appointment. I don't like how the employee brushed it off and didn't discuss options with me in case the cut did lead to infection. Perhaps she needs more training. I honestly felt she didn't have my dogs best interest in mind and I'll be going elsewhere here on out.

This is the second instance we’ve experienced awful customer service when trying to buy an animal from this location.We went in to buy an animal after wanting one in particular for months. It was surprising that they had what we were looking for, as they never had that particular species before. The staff was well aware that I was shopping for the enclosure and necessities before finalizing my purchase.While finalizing our shopping, another female employee told us she had intentionally cut off animal sales (shortly after we had expressed that we would be buying the animal to another male employee who had informed her).Without any customer service charm or skills, she lied to our faces and told us she had no information that we were intentionally shopping for that animal (right after she approached us saying “oh you were the ones shopping for that animal”) and basically kicked us out of the store with our shopping cart full of what we needed for the animal.If you knew you were going to cut off animal sales at a certain time, and you knew we were intentionally shopping to buy that animal, it is YOUR JOB to inform us that you will be choosing to close animal sales 30 min before the store closes.The intentions behind the lack of information was clear: this woman just wanted us out of the store so she didn’t have to do her job and so she could go home early.The female employee in charge of animal sales needs some kind of correction when it comes to customer service! Customers should never have to feel the way we did after being treated so rudely. If you wanted to close animal sales early, FINE, but there’s no reason for the lack of information and manners!

Very helpful was getting flee prevention and pumpkin cat food for my cat and the stores employees directed me straight to the items I needed great service good place for getting food and medicine for your animal

Im so happy I figured out they do dog grooming. Now I don't have to wait months for an opening at the local spot. I did travel 30 minutes to bring my dog but they groom Mon-Sun that's awesome and I was able to book online

If I could give a negative star I would. Always have an issue and it happened to be with the manager. Terrible customer service.

I go here for crickets & wingless fruit flies for my frogs. I also go here for my dog food because they have such a great selection & if you sign up for pet perks you can get discounts on your purchases.

Unprofessional staff. Nobody inform us that dog classes were canceled until we got there. Happened few times. I asked for refund but it's not easy process either. Dnt waste time, and money in this location. Extremely poor customer service.

Had my cat, Mr Peeps groom. They did a very good job. Very friendly will keep him groomed there.
