Wow, this place is still doing business. When I was a young boy we lived a few blocks away on Dora Street. I used to walk with my big sis to get candy at this market. This is was in 1960! I remember it because it was such a treat to get candy.

I grew up in this area and this market has been a staple my whole life and it's a good place to get winning tickets for the most part . Bobby and most of the staff are very friendly and always polite.

This is a hole in the wall liquor store next to a very shady bar you never know what you're going to see over there from homeless people to skin heads coming out of the bar. The prices are okay not on the cheaper side but on the more upscale for the area however you can pretty much find what you're looking for there as far as liquor the guys behind the counter are very nice but they will watch you walk around even if they know you
