Called to see if my bracelet was under warranty, was greeted over the phone with laughter. I said “hello is this Banter” with more laughter he’s says “yaaa” I said that’s how you answer a business call? I hung up. I tried to call back to get someone else and ignored my calls. Rude rude rude! I know it’s some jewelry kiosk and maybe they hate their job but I guess I’ll never get my bracelet fixed……

Was greeted with a horrendous experience. We were waiting in line for about 20 minutes for the young woman (no name) to help us, which was fine (helping another customer). The attitude and horrible customer service was out of this world. "What do you want?", the woman said. "I'd like to see a necklace in th......" Cut-off before I could finish my sentence because of another customer jumping in trying to get her number. I was totally baffled when she actually went over to talk to him. I let her know I was still there, she acknowledged me... and went on with ignoring me.Long story short, I asked her name and didn't get one. So, here I am now.. you can't change your name or branding to get away from hearing peoples concerns. I do hope the young woman and dude got together so my experience wasn't for nothing. I'll try again in a few months when the rudeness level of this one cools down. The necklace was a pretty good one. Never found out if it would work out for me, though. Super rude people.

The worst customer service!! I scheduled an appointment ahead of time for my 3 month old to get her ears pierced. The lady called me back needing to re schedule, and so we did. She scheduled to have 2 people there so they can ear pierce them at the same time. I go that day, and there is only one person working, and she didn't even know I was scheduled to show up. She was super rude, and unfriendly. Totally didn't even want to do her job. I wish they would have atleast called me to re schedule again. Dont spend your money here. Just go to icing......we were lucky enough to have someone pierce her ears the same day at icing where the lady did a wonderful job. Pagoda missed out on $200!!!

young women attended me with a bad attitude, after waiting almost 10 minutes because she was attending another customer but She never asked myself what I need, then she started to attend someone else and I kindly told her that I was first waiting she answered me in a bad way and I told my wife that’s not a good customer service she gave me a bad attitude so I better prefer to leave and never come back again.

A very unprofessional business. My parter got myself a necklace from this establishment and they made it seem everything so easy. The necklace came with a warranty, so when something happened to it we took it in for an exchange because they said they were able to do so if any issues. This was in December when we first brought the necklace back. It is now February and they have lied and Bs'd around trying to get myself to buy another necklace and pay the difference. They said they called but not one call has been received. They said they left a voice mail but voice-mails are not able to be recorded nor received. Last time I'll ever do business with this company. Hope your horrible customer service was worth a bad review.

I just want to say wow , on the experience I got coming from a kiosk, the store manger took care of all my needs & I also got approved for the credit card !! Thank you to her took the time to get my last minute shopping in . Also got my Ear pieces to perfection.

i got a gold bracelet, gold chain, and a pair of gold earrings from here. the gold chain broke after 2 months and the diamonds started falling off the earrings less than a month later. when i told them, a girl gave me the "should've gotten warranty" talk. wouldn't need a warranty if their products were worth half as much as they cost.
