Idk I've never been here but I came in to try to sell like 6 pairs of American Eagle jeans that I bought within the last 3-4 years that were hardly worn only to be told none of it will be accepted for cash which makes no sense. American eagle is very popular and expensive so I'm not sure who makes the decisions on what is bought. Lol looking around the store they literally are selling what I was trying to sell them. Makes no sense. But whatever. I won't be going back here. I should've just left my stuff at the goodwill like I normally do. At least there I get tax write offs!

Everytime I ever come here, they take maybe a maximum of five items and try to lowball me.. which is honestly fine because most of the time I’m just trying to get rid of items.. and at the end I always ask can I leave these leftover items that you didn’t take for donations? And they tell me they don’t take donations .. wellllll today I went to go pick up my items and I was informed that my gray storage container, which I purchased for 49.99 from target, was “accidentally” donated this morning. They only took 4 of my things and were going to offer me $12 but couldn’t find the rest of my stuff. I don’t even care about the leftover clothing because I was going to drop it off to the Salvation Army anyway but I’m pissed about my $50 storage container that I normally use for moving. And their employee, Ladonna or however you spell her name was rude as hell.

Employees are so rude here. It seems like you're bothering them when you need help around the store. Everytime I've gone here, the employees seem so annoyed when I ask a simple question. They're also very stingy with what they buy even when I bring in brand name items.

I came a hr and 15mins before closing and was told by the manager Sofia they were to busy to help me and to come back tomorrow. Shortly after me walking out they assisted someone else.Maybe it was cause I was in my gym clothes.Either way I'll never shop or bring anything back here again.Sofia shouldn't be in managment if that's even her name.

I've been here overall two times the first time I went. I went with brand names like pink, vans, American Eagle, Aeropostale, and forever 21 and carhart the first time I went they only decided to buy two items from me, which was the beanie which was a Carhart, and then a shirt and a few other items, and they only gave me 20 bucks. The second time I went. I went with three back floors of sweat suits from air, AéRopostale graphic tees from Vans and a couple dresses as well as jeans from Hollister this time they only decided to buy two items from me and only gave me five bucks. They ended up taking a pair of shorts for me, which were brand new from PacSun with a tag on it and a graphic shirt from Vans. I feel like the store is only buying items that they would personally like and not basing it off of customers that Store needs a new employees.

If i could give it 0 stars I would, one star is me just being nice. To start off my friend and I came in and we're not greeted.. but we're just stared at, but every guest that came in after us was greeted with smiles and kindness. I felt like i was being watched at all times and being racially profiled in there. I would not recommend going on there whatsoever take your money elsewhere. The girls that we're working in there were just mean teenage girls.

For 3 weeks in a row now I've brought in stuff to sell and they've bought some stuff. My issue is they have a loyalty program where you earn a point for each dollar you spend in store, or for each dollar you earn selling and not 1 single employee said a word to me about signing up for it. All together I've sold almost 400 bucks worth (to them) and it would've been nice to have some incentive to sell more, or look there and shop to utilize the points but I didn't receive any because I had no clue they had a points program. Not my job..Hella shady really, cuz I bet if I was buying stuff they'd of offered to sign me up.

Don’t sell clothes here! Much better to just sell on Facebook marketplace or elsewhere. They are SO picky when it comes to buying but all the clothes that they’re selling is ugly and old. Doesn’t make any sense. If they do want to buy any of your stuff they’ll offer you like $1-$2 per piece IF THAT. Waste of time, don’t even bother.
