We came here to get decals done for our diesel. Prior to ordering and paying for everything I asked if he has printed DOT/MC NUMBERS FOR TRUCKS. He assured us that he has done them before and we wouldn’t have a problem. When my husband initially went in he told him it would be done the next day. However when we went back in the next day he said it would take about a week. We agreed and paid. TODAY we showed up at 930 to get it installed as planned. He said he would call us however around 2pm my husband gives them a call. He tells us it should be done by 4. We show up at 415, remind you they close at 5. NO DECALS ON THE TRUCK! Nothing has been done !!!He proceeds to tell us he was busy all day. And starts making excuses of not being able to cut numbers because of the size. It’s a 2” decal. Then tells me his blade cuts at a 45 degree angle and we advised him to cut at 60 degree angle. Especially since we are a printing company as well. He looked shocked and said I will have to try that smdh. You’re a printing company Why would you take my money and waste my time. No call! No communication! And he is the owner!I will never come back nor will I ever recommend anyone or my customers to come to this place. Only good thing is he gave us our money back. As he should especially when he isn’t able to do the job.I try to support local and small businesses. However they lost my business amongst others.
