AVOID AT ALL COST. TWEAKERS ALL DAY. OVERPRICED. Their only saving grace is Donna the front desk lady. She is as sweet as apple pie. They jack your rates consistently. Meanwhile, Darrel's Storage on Kiernan is brand new and they match month x month move in so 500$ gets you 10 months. This crap hole doesn't pro-rate at move out. Full month pricing if you move out 1 day past month turnover. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS TERRIBLE PLACE.

They have lots of rats & I've also had to deal with ants. The emergency door exits have a huge gap under them I'm sure this is one of the many ways there getting in.

this place was good for its price in the beginning but then three months went by and the unit kept going up more and more and last month i went to grab some documents out of my unit and i saw a infestation of roaches in and out of my personal stuff i shouldn't have to pay the unit until the roach problem in taken care of from the clame unite and I can't take photos until i pay for this month and last month rent otherwise its good storage unit and nice people

Norma was AMAZING! I had made reservations online for a unit and when I came to check it, I realized it was too small. She worked her magic and was able to swap my unit.
Norma is SUPER friendly and professional. I feel like we have been friends forever! It is so unique to find someone as kind and friendly as Norma! Thank you Norma for making my experience easy and SO enjoyable!

Can’t even get ahold of anybody outside of a call center who by the way are not helpful and just wants you to schedule an appointment, I even drove up to the storage and the note on the door said “out on property”. How can I trust a storage company that can’t even answer the phone or be in office?
