Tricia is the life blood of this place! Chris has also been helpful with any questions and concerns, but Tricia goes above and beyond every day. Every time I see her she has a great attitude and is happy to see people. We had a huge issue with being assigned the wrong unit and getting charged incorrectly which took months to fix and she got it done asap as soon as she started working here! Please don’t lose this employee! As a business owner myself, I’d hire and KEEP her. Period. If there are bonuses or raises available GIVE IT TO HER! 🥰 we love Tricia, and in turn we enjoy storing our stuff at Public Storage.

Tricia was having trouble with the reservation app and stuck it out to make sure that I was able to get into my locker today. I really appreciated it. She is also really helpful on the phone, making sure that I was able to get into the site when I needed to.

These people are not professional!
When there on site you can never find them for assistance & the indoor bathroom is always out of service.

Would give them 0 stars but had to do one to make a review. Avoid! They have rats. And I see no methods of trying to prevent them. No rat traps or nothing. They also raise their prices like crazy. Was paying a little over 100 when I first got the unit, now its a 178. I suggest looking elsewhere.
