Sarah was training a new hire. She should train every phlebotomist you hire! She's friendly, professional, and EXCELS at getting blood out of rolly, collapsy veins that tend to blow out. 1st stick and we were finished.

Definitely should have read the reviews prior to coming. They should change this location to appointment only. They’ve called 1 walk-in in the 2 hours I’ve been. Super friendly staff though.

This place is a joke they don't even attend to the walk ins one lady was waiting for 6 hours and the workers were only attending to the people with appointments. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Souless , frustrating experience till actual humans open the inner sanctum door, then they are nice, prompt people .Reminds me of the futuristic movie Elysium with Matt Damon. He goes to the doctor with lethal radiation poisoning only to be interviewed and rejected for treatment by a AI robot.
