Easy to make appointment and minimal waiting time in clean, quiet setting.
Barbara was professional, courteous, quick and pain free as my blood was drawn.
Amazingly, my entire visit was enjoyable and I left with a smile on my face.
Highly recommend!

Sat here for 3 hours. Nobody was being helped for 1 full hour while staff was in the back laughing!

I was pleasantly surprised by how promptly I was seen…I had an appointment, but the waiting room was standing room only, so I feared I would have a long wait. Good job on sufficient staffing! Also, my phlebotomist was very skilled and made the whole experience efficient and painless.

Very friendly and compassionate care was offered to me. It was easy as 1, 2 and 3. I had an scheduled appointment for 9AM, but prior to my appointment while I was still at home, I received a notification from Quest Diagnostics an hour before. The notification was easy to follow, and when I reached there, all I had to do was click and I received another message that I will be attended to very shortly. It only took me a little less than 8 minutes in there to get the procedure done and I was out of Quest Diagnostics and seated in my car by 9.10AM. Excellent services provided by the Quest Diagnostics team. Keep up the great work you all are doing. Many Thanks

First time using the kiosk check-in--and someone was monitoring and very helpful. From beginning to end, my experience with Quest Diagnostics went rapidly and smoothly with pleasant professionals all the way. My first time out in a wheelchair and the staff was most helpful in my getting to where I needed to go and to meet my needs. The phlebotomist was excellent and gentle.
