I was upset yesterday because they refused to refund me for a cake that was bad... leaking a sticky fluid through a crack in the container. Sent them an IM last night and I received a response in an hour! They apologized and sincerely wanted to make it right. They committed to clarifying their return policy with their teams given all of the changes related to COVID19. Went in today and they took care of me. I am impressed and a fan again. Good job, Raley’s!!

W H Y DO YOU DISALLOW YOUR EMPLOYEES from wearing cotton masks ???? The NY Times even published how to. After the CDC ADMITTED THEY ARE MAKING A MISTAKE " especially for those that have AT RISK" Customer service jobs You Company is making A LOT of MONEY right now. I am frankly shocked you do not provide masks for the ones n customer service that are taking in that money for you.

So I call about toilet paper. A woman answers and starts talking to someone else in the room. He tells her a truck will be in at 6 AM the following day, and the toilet paper will be on the shelves by 8 AM. She relays the info to me. I show up at 8 AM. No toilet paper. I asked three people if they're going to put toilet paper out. The first one (Connie) calls back on her little microphone and says there's no truck in, we don't know when there will be a truck in. The second guy says if it's not on the shelf, we are out of it. continue unloading sandwich meat, Einstein! The third woman says, "No one told you that over the phone. We don't know when the trucks come in, and we don't know it will be on the trucks" I said I did not set my alarm last night, and sleep with one eye open all night to make sure that the alarm will go off, to come in here and be called a liar by you. She finally apologized for somebody on the phone telling me that. I told her in the future, instead of telling me a lie to get me off of the phone, just say," I don't know." The cough that I had that was leaving, is now back because I lost sleep that night. Thanks for nothing Raleys. Your customer service is going downhill quickly. Like one other reviewer, I think I will just go farther north up Oakdale Road in Modesto to the new Save Mart. What kind of company doesn't know when their trucks are coming in? What kind of company has employees that calls their customers liars?! Sad, because Riley's is closer to my house, and used to be a pretty nice place to shop. Here's the real kicker: as I was pulling out of Raley's parking lot, an eighteen wheeler with the name "Raley's" written down the side was pulling in. You can't make this stuff up!

I came here because USPS emailed me and said that I had a package that was delivered there. I thought this was weird, but I needed my package and headed there the next morning. I walked in and I seen a sign stating that the post office service that was offered there was not going to be accepting packages or customers. I seen an older, short lady with dark hair who worked there. She was up front by the self check out, the store was NOT very crowded considering the Covid-19/coronavirus. The worker was not busy or assisting anyone and when I asked her when the postal service will be open, she just said very rudely "indefinitely", turned around and walked away. I was pretty shocked by how rude she was charteringi askeda simple question, I guess she didn't have the skills to handle such a complex question and was not taught any manners as a child. The rude lady wasn't even doing anything except standing around trying to look busy. I don't remember her name, but she was short, old and had dark hair. I've shopped at this Raley's a few times before, but i won't anymore. Ask the other tunes I've come have been pleasant, it cutie been the stress from the coronavirus, but it still doesn't mean she should be rude and disrespectful and inconsiderate. I'm half her age and worked retail before and never was rude to a as customer even with the dumbest questions in the world. Nobody deserves to be treated like trash for asking a simple question.

Within walking distance of our home, we find ourselves here often. The store is always clean and the staff friendly. Notably, Tia provides excellent customer service and always had a huge welcoming smile and us quick to greet all.

I love this Raleys location. It is always very clean and presentable. My favorite is the sandwich bar and the hot food places. They also have pretty good soups too. It is on the expensive side but worth it.
