This is a formal complaint about an employee named Rhonda. Walked into the gas station to grab a Red Bull with my dad He was purchasing cigarettes Of course we was doing two separate transactions she would not sell him cigarettes due to the fact that I didn’t have an ID however he did, but I wasn’t making the purchase. I was making a separate purchase, which does not make sense if I walk into the store with a minor and I’m buying something that requires an ID they do not ID the minor however, I am not a minor, just put that in perspective. She did not need to be rude and not allow us to purchase anything Her argument did not make sense stating that I didn’t have an ID. I didn’t need an ID for what I was purchasing. He had his id. She was very rude and Upset stating that we were together and she can’t sell us anything . don’t know how that’s any of her business, Who I walk into a store with. maybe she should not be working anymore and should retire. Anyhow, I had a conversation with corporate About her because previously I have witnessed her selling two minors without ID and sold them alcohol. My mom has also witnessed this before at this location. I don’t believe Rhonda should continue to be working here if she’s going to be treating customers that way, especially not not going by the proper rules when previously she has sold minors alcohol if you’re going to ID people ID the person purchasing.

Ice always out and car wash always closed or broken. Can't seem to figure out whom owns this because Raleys sold this long ago....not Aisle 1, more like Aisle 0 ?

purchased car wash given wash code then informed car wash is not working today no signs or cones at carwash entrance when asked for refund was told no refunds code was still good for another day asked for phone # to speak with manager was told to go online to try to resolve. still had 8 signs at pumps promoting car wash savings not 1 showing broken washer.

car wash left my car still dirty even though i paid extra for the better car wash. that was a few days ago, tonight i'm sitting here because i was 5 minutes late to walgreens after they closed at 10 and i've been waiting here for 30 minutes just so i can buy a lighter. lady cleaning the car wash said she'd be done at 1030 but it is 1041 and i'm still waiting.

I go here everyday to buy cigarettes my 16 year old daughter has come in to get a soda many times well today I pick my 16 year old grandson up from school he came in to get chips I ask for cigarettes the young girl asks for my grandsons id I said hes my grandson and I just picked him up from school I come here everyday to buy cigarettes she said I know I sale them to you I said then whats the problem she said its a law she needs both of our ids I said this is b******* and refused to sale them to me ive been researching since I got home their is NO LAW that I can find the only difference from today and any other time is my daughter is white and my grandson is African American this is disgusting ive never seen anything like this

Just left Aisle 1 and was very pleased with customer service. The cashier Vanessa helped me and was a sweetheart. She needs a raise!! Lol very clean store and will be coming back for all my quick grabs. Thank you Aisle 1!!

The cute manager with the purple hair asked me to leave a review so here I am lol she said I wouldn't and this is just me proving them wrong. 5 stars for being hilarious and for great service in general. For real though hit me up if you see this

I live right here so this is often where I go , store is very clean and very tidy always stocked pumps outside clean car wash I'm not a fan of myself but staff are nice friendly except I had a issue last week and should of called but I choose not too.. they ask Eveyone if they want a car wash Vanessa didn't ask me and the guy behind me says "hey you get a free one now since she didn't ask" I said "oh nice I wanted to try it!" lady at the counter said no that's not true and i said well whys your other customer say that she said I'm not sure the gentleman speaks up again saying I know this I was given one yesterday! I said oh so it is true she argued with me about it and then let me go thru for free.. I was unhappy with this wash after soap all over my car I went inside asked her name she said why are you telling on me I said now I want too! and I regret not calling the store. Vanessa was rude , didn't ask about the car wash and then didn't want to give me her name until I was upset over the car wash! I hope your boss sees this! was early afternoon time. I usually go at night after work and never had this happen came on my day off after lunch and go figure I get the lady who won't follow the rules and didn't want to give me the free wash when she didn't want to give me the promo which a customer had to inform me about !! ugh

I bought gas today at Raleys isle1 in village 1 plaza Modesto with the intention of getting my car washed along with the $75 in gas I bought. I paid $10 extra dollars for a quick wash but no receipt was given and the convenience store was closed. It was about 7:15pm. I went inside the grocery store for help only to be informed that isle 1 had been sold and is no longer part of Raley’s so there was nothing they could to help me. Ripped off and very disappointed is an understatement.
