Sad that I have to leave this because I literally shop here almost everyday. I come here because its clean. No bad customers really. You'll get them every so often but 90% of the time it's a clean place and safe place to shop. Today I had to run in and grab potatoes for the wife. They have been on sale for 1.47. From 399 pretty cheap. So I ran in punched my # to get the discount and it didnt show. Lady comes up and asked if I clipped it on the app. I said its my wifes app ill have to call her. She voids it and stands over me. I try to call my wife few times no answer. Shes holding the coupon in her hand the whole time. I asked her you cant just override it. She said no sorry its 3.99. I get pissed now. I said thats fine. Paid the 3.99. After that I walk up to a manager and asked her she said yes thats no problem ill just have to void this out and charge you again. I said no thats not the point my question is can you over ride it. She said yes its easy. Bty she is a sweetheart ill post her name later when I get it. So I look at joy amd told her she's a liar and ill post a neg feedback her exact words were thats fine. She should not be a manager. I called the main office and filed a complaint on her there too. Im 100% sure if I was white she would of did that now problem. Im going to start recording her everytime im in the self checkout. She watches me like a halk. I cant stand her.

I really enjoy shopping at this location. Great atmosphere and selection. They just got one of my new favorite wines in stock 1000 Stories Cabernet. A great wine with a kick!

If you use the app, focus on $5 Mondays and SE coupons then you can save a ton of money. Great place, great employees, great hot food, great produce. Excellent in general.

How is the produce at COST LESS better than the produce at Raley's??
The high prices of produce used to be justified because it used to be the best. Now they are just price gouging us. I learned my lesson - I'm never shopping for produce at Raley's ever again. What a complete rip off.

new security guard told my friend and i we aren’t allowed to sit inside when we’ve been coming 3-5 times a week for the past few MONTHS past 10pm to grab a snack & soda and sit inside (it’s still warm out in october) He also didn’t allow me inside the store with my backpack on and took it until we were ready to leave the store. this has quite literally never been an issue in my YEARS of coming since i was even in high school. and to top it all off when i went back into the store with no backpack on the guard was blatantly watching me and staring at what i was doing. he didn’t even give us a chance to speak with Gary and watched us as we left the building. Highly considering not coming back after this

This review is for the Deli specifically. I looked at the Menu before I went to the store to decide what I wanted. I wanted the Gourmet Santa Cruz Sandwich when I went to order it at the counter after waiting in line instead of taking my order the lady behind the counter directed me to fill out a form for a custom sandwich behind a gentlemen who came in after me. She didn't ask what I wanted to order specifically, she just assumed that I wanted to order a custom sandwich. I wanted to order the Gourmet Santa Cruz Sandwich. Upon checking the options on the custom sandwich list she asked me to fill out instead of asking me my order I became more frustrated when the option for the Gourmet Santa Cruz Sandwich was not on the list as it was a custom sandwich form and I didn't want a custom sandwich I came for the Gourmet Santa Cruz Sandwich cause it sounded good when I looked at the menu before I arrived. After that I just left won't be coming back either.
