I was eating my lunch in my car in the Modesto Hotel on sis road when this employee who looked homeless started yelling at me through my window. Told me to roll down my window and I said no. I didn't know who he was. Then he tells me to not litter and move my vehicle. I continued to try and eat in peace when he comes back w the owner. At this point he starts harassing me more and I told the owner to get his employee under control. The employee said he was security w no visible uniform. He was wearing a shirt w multiple holes in it and panjama bottoms. When he came back w the owner he proceeded to call me a racist which I'm am not at all! This highly disturbed me and gave me severe anxiety and I feltthreatened.. This place needs to get there staff in check!!

Room was crap. One side of the bed being tilted at the edge. There was no soap and only one towel. When I rang front desk she said I could go up front and get it. She is lazy, not personable, and the customer service is non existent here. I'm regretting pre paying for two nights on Priceline.

Easy access to the hotel. The only positive point. Old room, air conditioning makes an infernal noise, 75db. No room for breakfast one toaster and only one waffle equipment for 50 people. Motel to avoid. Easy to find better in the surrounding area

I had a bad experience at this hotel, and I will never return nor have my family nor friends stay at this hotel,we check out before 11am and left to another , they then Accused us of smoking in the room. Then charged us after we switched to another hotel . Saying that someone smoked in our room and left ashes or something on the table by the TV . That They had pictures of the ashes , but when they tried to show us the photos but was very blurry .
Rooms: The room it's self was big ,lots of room .
Safety: Not very safe at all, people was seen jumping the fences to go into the pool and spa area or even going into the courtyard to get into the hallways ,
Food and drinks: Vending machines if working was expensive, but winco is a short walk through the parking lot. Couple restaurants in walking distance. Becare
Noteworthy details: Becareful, the staff might say that someone was smoking in the room and tack on a $150 fee after checking out of the room , when Noone smoked in room .

The bath shower was not working properly so we could not take a bath.

This place has been upgraded, and the maintenance man is a total hottie.. AND this suite has a hot tub!! Not bad.
