“Emanuel Delgadillo was the listing realtor for my mother's home. He did an excellent job assisting our family. At the time, my mother was in the hospital in another town & my brother was one of the trustees & lived 4 hours away. I served as the middleman, as I was local. He kept wonderful communication with all three of us by text, email, & phone. He provided detailed steps, so we could follow what steps were completed & what laid ahead. He began by having the house cleaned & arranging furniture so that it presented well in photographs & for the open house. It looked fabulous on media sites & even had ariel shots. There were many complications during the sale, like a leased Solar & a homeowners association. He took care of dealing with those companies so my mother didn't have to address them from the hospital. He used all of areas of technology to get the word out about the home being on the market. My mother's home had 6 offers the day after the first open house, & two of those offers were for the full asking price. Emanuel was excellent at explaining everything to us along the way, he was very calm & reassuring, and he was highly professional.
