These young ladies were not only patient, they kept reminding me that they wanted the rite shoes for me. I'm rude, straight to the point, and I don't like people! And these ladies were tough and straight forward and made sure I left with the right boots. I'll be coming back for a new pair of shoes.

I used to love this company. Bought boots years ago, and the warranty was good. But now, all of a sudden, the employees are giving every excuse possible as to why they shouldn't honor it. Went in a few weeks ago because the soles were coming unglued, which is supposed to be covered in the warranty. They made every excuse possible as to why i should just pay to get it fixed elsewhere rather than them actually do the work. When did the employees get so lazy? Will never go back, and I will never buy another pair of redwings.

Dear [RED WINNG!
I was in your Modesto location on 05/11/24@4pm and while I was there I was helped by Mark. he was fantastic and[helped me find my perfect shoes for work and answered all my stupid questions about the concern. Because of Mr Mark and his rockin' customer service, I'll definitely be coming back to again in the future.

Mark was very helpful and patient. Even though my feet were sized up, it didn't mean the boots would actually fit that size. I tried on quite a few pairs and different sizes. But honestly if it wasn't for my company voucher, I wouldn't be buying boots here. They are really expensive. I have 4 stars because Mark's service.
