The employees here are so miserable. I've come on numerous occasions, and the ice cream is always out of service. Seems like they just don't want to work the area.

The staff needs to learn to answer the phone every time I call it takes at least 5 minutes of their phone ringing before they answer.. I have had times of 20 minutes of ringing their phone before someone picks up the phone.. absolutely ridiculous.

I would come here to shop. The staff are friendly, especially all the lady workers. Went here today and Laren or Lare forgot her name she is very helpful and friendly. The only thing my concern is hopefully soon they get more shopping carts.

Ever since the older guy pharmacist mngr left like 5yrs ago, the other 3/4 dont look at my scrips ahead oftime or put them in or check for prior auths and force me to wait while i have severe withdrawls and are idiots not knowing what withdrawal even was! Yes the dumb indian and asian lady didnt know opiods have withdrawal!! And they wanted an update diagnosis even though it's on every bottle ahead of time! This stpid lady wanted my drs ( on Christmas weekend) to send it and she refused to fill until she had it even though they had it every jan when i make my dr do this extra step! I threatened to sue because i would be having to go to the emergency room and my drs dont allow hospital visits for controlled substances!! Finally she agreed to only fill my methadone but no oxy...and she doesn't order enough meds and has had to have me drive to other rite aids and wait for her to cancel her order,call other location,then wait hours fir them to try to fill it...and if anyone is "ahead" of me gets the meds furst. So i can still nit have any for 48 to 72hrs! Ice cream freezers not working, out of ice cream all year, makeup isles are dirty,not restocked,not in right places for 60days!! I look every week when i get meds!! I heard some female mngr of makeup say she had shoulder surgery and had no pain but less motion...she said she just "didnt care about the isles and stock" to another worker during the day about 3months ago...If i could go to my old pharmacy in tracy that i never had probs at all with i would!! But im stuck in this horrible city!

Definitely coming back for all my flue needs melinda was super helpful and knowledgeable on all the products and showed me how to use the Rite Aid App best thing ever!!

I went to the store yesterday and last week and I'm very disappointed that most of the cashiers always messing up my transactions whether they ring me up extra or forget 1 item. Also There 1 tall guy ( cashier) that so rude I was in the front waiting to be helped and he kept working even tho he saw me waiting at the checkout. Called him twice and I waited and told him I was ready. I understand that's his working but if you see a customer you can tell to be right there or say something but didn't hear anything from him.

Rite Aid IS a Good Store. But lately here, with the Change of Personal- particularly in the Pharmacy- Has Been LACKING!! There are Newer, Younger people there that Dont or CANT Understand or Appreciate when Their Customers Time Sensitive Medications are DELAYED!!My Pain is NOT being Managed on my Pain Management Program if my Prescriptions are Delayed!!Just Remember, there Are REAL People connected to those Number Scripted IDs!!

Store is very clean, no one hanging around store front, so I feel safe, employees very helpful. Very little wait time at check out and I don't feel rushed.
