The pharmacist, Gloria, is horrible. She doesn't make sure medication is in stock to fill medications that are due every month. One time, my prescription called for 30mg pills. She didn't have the 30mg in stock but had 15mg. Instead of asking my doctor if she could fill the prescription with 2 of the 15mg to substitute for the 30mg, she just ignored it. I ran out and did without them for 8 days. If a prescription is a 30 day supply, she won't fill it until the 31st day. She doesn't listen to reason at all. She doesn't seem to care about the customers and doesn't anticipate your needs. I've met many pharmacists and she is the worst.

I just started getting my prescriptions through this rite aid was sent a voicemail that my two prescriptions would be ready next day. Low and behold only one of them was filled. Called the pharmacy today was blatantly told the other prescription was never ordered because they can't find it? How are you running a pharmacy with no transparency for your customers? Your tech couldn't even tell me if my prescription would ever be filled. Really?

I like this place. I visit all rite aids in town. And since I moved. I’ve been coming here to buy almost everything. I come here to load funds onto a card for bills and each time I visit, I do want the delicious ice cream but , lunch before dessert! lol
Ladies are all helpful and lady that wears the blue mask is extremely nice and helpful too! Patient and went the extra mile to look up my bonus Reward points other day. It’s a clean store and have lots of deals !

Worst place to get a prescriptions, nothing is ever in the system , they will waste your time. I guess they don't get paid enough to care but I will never go back to Rite aid, had prescriptions send to CVS.

Probably the worst pharmacy around. They take way to long to get your medicine ready and lie about when to pick it up. It's crazy they don't try to get new managers or pharmacists to help with this problem.

The staff are friendly, the pharmacy and store have good hours, they have a good rewards program, and offer a variety of specialty products like cold non dairy bottled coffee drinks in the fridge and EWG Certified/rated products like Dr. Bronner's toothpaste. I usually shop at Walgreens but this is my second favorite pharmacy in the neighborhood.

Today my experience With Rite Aid Employee elderly woman Named Linda had made us experience an awful experience Did not greet us in when we walked in the store ,we asked to have a few scoops of ice cream she said the freezers where they stored the ice cream was not working ,didn't offer anything else as I walked away I just than grabbed the tubs of thriftys ice cream we paid and told her have a good day and still she has an attitude an said "OKAY!!!!! Maybe she's not having a good day but our experience felt unwelcoming no smile no thanks have a nice day nothing just quit and bad attitude been here before never experienced this with anyone else and it's jot the first time it's always Linda hope she's not being treated bad by management give her a raise so she can deal with customers better

Best ice cream ev....... Wait the freezer is broken again. Every time I take my kids to get a scoop of ice cream the freezer is either broken or only one side works. It's been about a year now and the workers just say "it's works when it wants to". I went in yesterday because it finally looked like it was open and the ice cream they were serving looked like a milkshake. I hope that they get this problem fixed or they should just take down there signs on the outside that indicates they serve ice cream.

This store has excellent employees. Never had a problem with any employees both in the store or pharmacy. They are ll polite and extremely helpful. If they can't answer my question, they refer me to another employee that can.
