Leaving one star review after a worker told my pregnant wife she couldn’t sit on one of the chairs. Even though there were other people sitting down on the other chairs. This place is trash don’t spend money here. They don’t even have anything. The Ross in Modesto is the one on Oakdale rd.

Joyce the manager is very rude she keeps a dirty store and does not provide 5 star customer service. Herself and her team like to talk about customers and act very rude and disrespectful to the elderly.

I was at the Ross on Sisk Road this evening and horrible customer service. I asked the manager about purchasing a cabinet and asked if I could get some help getting it to the front and into my car and she said they could not help load the cabinet. She does not have customer skills to be a manager and need to learn to be kinder to elderly people. I will not shop at the Ross store ever again. You lost a good customer.
