I understand poeple steal so they have to keep an eye out...but to make a shopper so uncomfortable following their every move breathing down my neck is way too much!!!! I've never stolen anything and I was treated like a theif! Shame on them! What an awkward experience.

I went to drop off a few more things today around 2:30 PM. I was extremely disappointed and upset with the way I was treated by the elderly man of dark complexion who was working the donation drop-offs. I took a car full of donations last week and was also planning to take another car full tomorrow, but will kindly take my donations ANYWHERE ELSE from now on!I brought an ottoman that I was going to throw out. I had a hard time parting with it because it was very comfortable. I really wish I had the ability to reupholster it myself.I figured I would take it with me to see if it could be salvaged from the landfill. Furniture flipping is a very lucrative business these days. I thought it could be easily reupholstered by someone. It really wasn't that bad (I've seen some in much worse condition listed for sale on Facebook).. just needed some fresh fabric. I thought the worst they could say is "no" and I'd just dump it. No harm done. Well, I was wrong... it was much worse. Your rude employee literally told me he was going to dump it because it was "NASTYYY". A simple "it's not acceptable" or "it's not up to our standards" would've sufficed! I let him know that he needs to learn how to choose his words better because that was an extremely rude comment to make, especially to a customer while you're on the job. He could've said it in so many other, more professional ways. I called your call center phone number to inform management of how badly your employee is in need of customer service training. I was told that supposedly an email would be sent to the regional manager. I hope he gets spoken to and trained better because his behavior was extremely unnecessary.

I loveeeeee this thrift store. It is huge with lots of items. I love the way it is organized as well. Salvation Army always seem to be on too of their organization but I especially love this place. The parking lot seems to have a good amount of space as well.

used to be my favorite thrift store! came in today 20 mins before close and cashier yelled at me they're already closed and i need to leave! just wanted to look at some vases!

I would highly recommend! Very nice selections. I usually shop for clothes & home decor & love what I find. Prices are reasonable especially when you find something with the color of the day tag. The only negatives are no restrooms for customers & I spend hours at a time there. Also no fitting rooms. HINT: wear something that you can simply try clothes on over it. [LET'S GET THOSE OPEN!] ❤ this store!
