Very honest.. great prices.. found this place and went by to have a look at wash machine dryer stackable combo.. was only looking for old used set but left buying a new one for almost same cost.. and that was with the delivery and removal of old unit.. I'm grateful for Thier kind hospitality..

Paid $65 delivery fee , once they got to my house the refrigerator would not fit through my doorway so they charged me another $60 to take the doors off the refrigerator. I was told to wait 24 hours before plugging it in and I did so , after it was on for 48 hours it would not cool down under 52 degrees . I called to get it serviced, they came out and had to buy a part and it still would not go under 52 after another 24 hours . In the end I told them to take it back and I wanted a refund . They did not refund me for the delivery or the removal of the doors . So I lost money in the end of it all and I still don’t have a refrigerator.

Dryer has horrible squeak, probably a bearing or belt pulley. We called them, and were told because we picked dryer up, we would have to bring dryer back to have it serviced. If we had it delivered they would come and fix it. Lame customer service. I will not buy from them again, and never suggest them to anyone in the future. If you're going to sell something, at least have the unit in good condition. Very poor customer service. We were also going to buy a oven in the future. Better off going to Best buy. Also noticed on invoice, customer is responsible to inspect appliances, we were not offered to run dryer before transport to our home. 90 day warranty is worthless. It is also obvious that the owner of this business does not care about his customers by not responding to negative reviews. How lame. If I pay you the delivery fee, would you come and fix this POS. Dryer sounds like a WW1 tank. Grinding on the heads of poor business owners, that are unwilling to satisfy their customers.

The most rudest service guy I've ever met. Don't hire this company. They are not friendly. Never again. I was asked to show them the problem with stove. I went to show him, slammed his hands down and said don't touch the stove. How can I show him if he won't let me do just that.

I had the unfortunate opportunity for an employee of this company pull out in front of me on Whitmore Road, causing me to slam on my brakes and almost hit them. They then proceeded to drive below the speed limit and then turn left less than a mile down the road. I would never use a company to work on appliances if they hire people that don't even know how to drive.

This company is so terrible and I'm gonna make sure everyone knows too today is March 24, 2023 @ 6:37pm the guy from Sas Appliances came to my apartment finally after not showing up 2 times and the last time giving my part to another person as I waited from 2pm to 7pm even though it was suppose to be 2pm to 6pm for him to give my part to someone else like oh well and then finally came another day I thought finally he's gonna come fix my refrigerator cuz they gave me a refrigerator with the wrong shelves to begin with which broke and shattered he comes in and says oh it's the wrong part that it was my managers fault when it wasn't she gave him the correct information and I said this is ridiculous this is the third time you have messed up and we waited each time he has the nerve to tell me well I don't think I wanna do the job for u now cuz ur rude I told him first of all I have every right to be having to deal with all of this it's so unprofessional and he walked out and said ya no I'm not gonna do the job and I said well I'm gonna contact his company and he said well I can't fire myself like he owned the company which he doesn't. I can't believe how rude and unprofessional this business is please people don't do any business with this company at all their terrible this isn't the first time he screwed up on my apartments and other ones connected to mine I don't even want to give a star at all but it looks like I have to do at least one

bad service stay away!!Robbery, rude business!!shady shady shady! they should be looked at by Better Business BureauWe have bought used appliances here before and most of them have had zero issues, but this time around we bought a washer for my mother. And after taking it home she noticed that the spin cycle was not really working properly. clothes came out drench in water still leaking off the shirts and jeans, so obviously there must be an issue with the washer. one of us took the day off to help her take the washer back so they can look at it.The guys claimed that because it spin, it was working properly and it was not their problem anymore. Mom asked if their was anything they can do to fix it or replaced it. They would not replace it with another one of equal value and that she must take the faulty washer back with her. After some talking and trying to make them understand the situation they first agreed to take it back but there would be a $100 restock fee "purchase price was around $300" . As much as we didn't want to loose that money because it felt so unfair for the situation, we reluctantly agreed. And of course ones we said fine, they changed their mine and said nvm you have to take it with it felt like we were being taken advantage of so bad and their was nothing you could do about it. after some more explaining to them that its a faulty washer and about 3 hours of chatting back and fourth they finally agreed to take it back but with the following conditionsthey would charge a restock fee of $120 and the retuned payment was payed with check not cash the way we initially payed.This place was great when their stuff works but if you have an issue expect it to be a nightmare. Very unprofessional and very rude they are not there to help you when you get a faulty appliance. do yourself a favor and don't go here. straight robbery bad business

The guy is a liar that owns this place. Told the Owner they needed a new fridge when all they needed was a door gasket. You get those on Amazon for about 40 dollars. The new Kenmore fridge is over thousands. He told the PM co that the head gasket labor would be more than the fridge. Salespeople are lying these days because of the economy. I saw this on the news. This is a prime example. They waisted a good fridge, because they should, of never even contacted this company. All they had to do was order the Door Gasket for 40 dollars. I waited 8 months for the part and then this guy called. He ripped River Drive Properties off, Then his guys tracked mud all in my apartment. They did not put a tarp down or anything. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company. He was trying to bully me to take the fridge. I finally just took it but I did not want it. The lady Vivian from River Drive told Me"yeah the guy from SAS said it would be more money to take the fridge back and then order the part". Then I looked on Amazon and I saw 40 dollars for the door gasket and thousands of dollars for a new Kenmore. I had to block him because he said we are responsible for his con. So they had to pay but what about the floor? It is so dirty and that really is poor. I know that is a bad area but still, have some DIGNITY!!!

The people in this business are rude and unprofessional. They charged me $40.00 for diagnostic fee for my dryer while the problem was clear upfront(the door switch was broken) I asked them to fix it. How much will it cost me to replace the door switch? I was told that we still have to charge you $40.00 to find out what’s wrong with the dryer. They completely ignore my input. I said ok go ahead and do your diagnostic but you have to notify me before you start fixing it let me how much it is going to cost me. They did completely the opposite of what I requested them. They called me two days later and said the dryer is ready to be picked up and it will cost you $190.00.The door switch price was only $5.89. Checked it on Amazon. They were charging me $190.00 with out notifying me ahead of fixing it that was our agreement.Long story short, I had to take my dryer back with out fixing it with them and they took their door switch out yet charged me $40.00 and wasted my time and gas.They are totally scumbag. Will not recommend their business to anyone.
