ALL I WANTED WAS A CART! I went into store located at Cedar and Ashlan at approximately 2:15 pm. Granted it was Christmas Eve and I expected it to be busy. No problem. What I didn’t expect was to be treated and spoken to with such disrespect and hostility. If I could give ZERO, I would. Here’s why: there were not any carts to take in near the handicap parking space I used. Yes, I am handicapped. I entered the store. No carts. I walked towards the other entrance thinking there may be some there. There were none. A clerk had finished bagging an order close to where I stood and I asked if he would please get a cart for me as there are none. He flipped off to me something like, “ it’s just that kind of day” and stomped off angrily and then pushed a cart to me from the other entrance. I thanked him. He ignored me as another customer asked for one as well. The employee I’m referring to turns out to be the Store Manager, Ray. He would not give me a last initial. He is a poor example of demonstrating customer service, a willingness to help, and empathy. He’s rude and no manager. Sorry to be such a burden being handicapped. I’ll be sure to tell a friend.

We have shopped at Save Mart for over 40 years. The monopoly game you have is suspicious. My daughter and I played this year and we both ended up lacking the same pieces in every section. Interesting. Winners are never posted.

I’m so so disappointed in Ceres Save Mart. I placed an order for wedding flowers for my daughters wedding. After paying for them and getting that comfy feeling of “ok the flowers are done” later I get a phone call saying they cancelled my order due to the fact that it’s too close to Mother’s Day. Now mind I. U have to order 10 days before ur picking them up. Which I did, I need them 10 days BEFORE Mother’s Day which should be plenty of time to fulfill my order. Ok so now what. Well, they said I had to wait 10 days for my refund . WHAT! I don’t think that’s right at all. For weeks I’ve been telling everyone about how save mart does wedding flowers cheaper the most florist. I raved about my store. Well. Now I’ll be ranting about my store. How can u drop the ball on such an important day for someone. I was physically sick when I hung up that phone. Now what! I got 3 weeks to get new flowers & no money to pay for them for 10 whole days. Wow! Thanks a lot save mart. Thanks a lot. I think I’ll be changing my store from now one. Very upset momma bear. And funny part is, not really that mad just upset & disappointed. ?P.s. give Calvin a raise. That’s a good kid right there.

Terrible place to work. Management is abusive towards employees who are over worked and under staffed. I wouldn't recommend shopping or working for this joke of a company. Wouldn't be surprised if it goes under in a few years time.

New corporate owners have decided to close the pharmacies. I hope you figured in the losses that you will incur do to the many customers that will no longer shop there due to your decision. We are many!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We have been faithful customers for decades. This closing of their pharmacies, without giving customers 30 day notice that is required by law is bs. Walgreens Corp had no idea they were getting us. Those with 30 days prescriptions will have to wait 30 days to get transferred. Chronic pain patients are sol, as most pharmacies are not taking new customers due to State laws and Regs. The run around is crazy.

Tell me why Savemart sells Justine's almond butter for 12.99 when all other stores sell it for less than 8 dollars. Somethings wrong with that.

I shop at the Save Mart in Pyramid Way, Sparks Nevada over the past 3 years moving here from California. In general I can find just about everything I need at this store but do not have real high expectations for special items for my personal taste. Everyone at store is friendly and helpful. Their cooked chicken, and other cooked chicken items with potato wedges are very good and worth buying. Some of the workers know me as a regular shopper and always ask me how I am doing. The only thing I am not happy about are the few persons who wonder in not wearing a mask present day with a mandate to do so. I do no like wearing a mask but do so as required, as with a health issue do not want to get infected even though I have had my vaccine shot which can still happen.

When you purchase fruit to sell in your store give it a taste test. I’m tired of buying berries, grapes, melons apples, kiwis that taste horrible.Watermelons are a total gamble.

Actually a good store but your signs requiring people to wear a mask is going to hurt your business,I shop at Rayley's now {even though it's not as good as any Savemart].But their sign says if you are fully vaccinated you do not have to wear one....I am vaccinated and if people choose to not get vaccinated AND not wear a mask then that is on them. You can't go through life holding every ones hand.If they want to roll the dice with their life,so be it

I love shopping at Lucky, which is now owned by Save Mart. February of 2020 I slipped on something in the frozen foods isle and landed with my front teeth on the cart. Weird, I know. Only one tooth broke, surprisingly. I told the cashier about it and showed her where it cut through the coating on the cart. She took my name and number, and someone from the Save Mart office called me about a week later. He said he would be sending paperwork for me to fill out and they would pay to repair my tooth. The paperwork never came. No one called me back. Three months later, the tooth hurts and I guess I'll just pay for the repair myself.
