Hygiene standard has been dropping. The straw that broke the camel's back? A hair in the bacon I brought home. The beards need to be covered or shaved. I'm done shopping here.

The employees are great but SAVEMART has changed coupon policy to the SaveMart app only. This means if the shelf displays a discount (ex:buy 2, get 1), the discount is only available if used thru the SaveMart app.
The app STINKS!!!!!!!! It logs me out constantly and today when I tried to use it the app won’t accept my info (says my phone number is already in use & won’t allow me to sign up or change the password). Of course my phone number is already in use!! I’ve been entering it in the SaveMart system EVERY time I’ve made a purchase for the past 10 years!! Plus that’s the phone number I used when I created my original account in the app!
So stupid me…I went to the customer service desk for help. And after I waited several minutes for assistance the very nice clerk informed me that I need to open the app and find the tech support phone number and call it for help. ALL TO RECEIVE THE SHELF LISTED DISCOUNTS!!
No thanks - I’m spending my money elsewhere. SaveMart and local management have forgotten the ONLY reason they are in business is because people like myself spend money in their store. There are good alternatives.
Goodbye SaveMart. Let me know when you figure out the most important component of return business is customer service.

I ordered a cake a couple years ago from the newer savemart down the street, went to pick it up and they said they never received the order even though I personally went it to order. This cake, I ordered online and it was ready when I picked it up, however, this is what it looked like. It’s tastes really good though but it is leaning. Also, this particular cake has hard chocolate on the top and you have to break through that to get to the super soft cake to cut it so it makes a mess. Two stars only because the cake is tasty and was done on time.

Went in today with my brother to get the family some sandwiches at your deli and don't get me wrong the employe was great but unfortunately she did mess up on a few sandwiches and I'm Sorry but the BACON you guys have for the sandwiches needs to be cooked !!!!! Literally raw bacon gets put into the sandwiches?? and that is just disgusting . Please use fully cooked bacon or just don't offer it .

Took my stepmother shopping here today. Some of the sales she was interested in do not start until tomorrow. Got a great buy on corn though. 10 years for $1.00!

Always a clean store with helpful friendly employees and bargains to be found. The Deli/Bakery has excellent tasty choices for a no cook night, in a pinch.
