I had the absolute pleasure of working directly with Steven to obtain a storage unit. He was very helpful in assisting me select the proper size for my needs and thorough in explaining the onsite security and other benefits of the facility. Additionally I was provided with a tour of the property and inspection of my unit prior to signing my contract. All contract details were fully explained with professionalism and far exceeded my customer service expectations. I would highly recommend utilizing Security Public Storage for any storage needs.

I found the staff welcoming, friendly, polite, and very helpful. Steve recommended three moving companies and I hired the first one, Pete's Moving Services, for the same reason I recommend this storage company: staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Their openness inspired trust.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I loved that I was able to get a unit (right away) at such a clean facility, with hours that make accessing my unit very convenient. The customer service I received was excellent!

The promotional price was reasonable. After that ended the price jumped from $82 to $153. I paid for a new unit across town and rented a U-Haul for less than I would have paid for this upcoming month. I brought my mom with me and she cancelled her unit as well.
The staff has always been very nice and accommodating. The price is the only reason we left.
