Great customer, put me at ease, and made it so very smooth and easy to aquire a unit that worked out perfect for me. Huge thanks for her efforts and taking her time to stay and help after hours to make sure I was taken care of. “Been with this storage for 12 years, what Ive pay for my unit has went up so high that I'm slowly getting my stuff out to save on my money situation, and I do not like the hours, I think you should be able to enter to your unit anytime you like. 24 hours it should be open but it's like an 8 hour day access. Clean and nice but should be for what they charge.”

“There are plenty of units, units are clean and lit on inside, fair prices, big aisles, drive up right to your unit, covered storage for boats, cars, RVs. Worst feature is that gates close at 7 and no entry after that time; secure gate that is code accessed.”
“Had a great interaction with a young man named Ricky today when stopped into the office about pricing on a unit and different sizes, he was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to show me units and said he would reserve a unit for me. Great service.”

“Rented a 5x10 and had just enough space for all my items, which included a queen bed, desk and many boxes. Used the app to rent and called a few times for questions which were answered promptly and courteously. The storage building was air conditioned and had a push cart to help move my items, which was great because i got a unit way in the back.”

Customer service was text book because it was so easy the way she explained what was needed and was out to my storage right away. Now the space she gave me, CLEAN!! “Since the last week of August of last year, I served as a liaison for my cousin’s project and many vendors and contractors; United Site Services was one of the first to help us out with the two essentials of any big construction project, metal fence and portable restrooms!The changing demands of job site can be challenging, but with a vendor such as USS it feels like partnership! Everyone that had answered my calls had resolved our issues within the hour if not the day, as our business needs grew and the service needed extending, the quality of USS’s response has continued to stand out as excellent, from the numerous phone agents (too many names to list)to the service drivers (our regular Flor-that does a fantastic job and records any issues I’ve reported to her) , efficiency and excellence are the marks and badges of everyone that we contacted in this business. While one might argue that it is premature to praise a vendor prior to end of contract; I beg to defer as to give credit when credit is due while we are all still alive!
