On 6/12/25 I took my daughter to have her makeup done for senior pictures. She doesn’t wear makeup and was quite reluctant to try it for the first time. However, Sarah R. was kind and she made my daughter feel very comfortable. They even threw in a complimentary skin test for yours truly!!! ♥️ Anyway, back to my daughter, her results were FABULOUS!! 🤩🤩 Before she arrived to her photoshoot she received raving reviews from complete strangers on how beautiful she looked. 💯 Overall, we were absolutely satisfied and will be back! Thanks Sarah for making my daughters experience a success!!

Experienced the worest customer service today, Amanda who was at the register was helping me checkout my items I miss read the email about the 10% off if you spend 75 she metioned it’s only for online pick up so I proceeded and say I don’t want the items and she blurs out you are only saving 7 dollars like really mind you she was loud I’m sure the customers in line heard I also don’t see the issue or any of her business if I’m trying to save on my purchase I found the whole situation so disrespectful also she made another comment about one of the items I was going to purchase like waterproof you are brave for buying that like excuse me!! Moral of the story I didn’t end up purchasing any items and I will never comer back

Im trying to go back into makeup since having my 3 year old and i know absolutely nothing about makeup now i feel like lol. Yolanda asked me what i needed help with and she went ABOVE AND BEYONDD. loved every bit of her doing my makeup to see if i would like and she explained what i needed to do for EVERYTHING. I ended up getting the foundation and concealer and i feel great 👍🏽

This review is for the associate, named Amanda.
Before I get into how wonderful she is, let me say that I frequently visit this Sephora, as well as shop online. I like to think of myself as an intermediate to advanced makeup lover, and during several previous visits, the associates have been helpful and friendly, but some didn't have answers to the questions I was asking.
And then, here comes Amanda! She was like a breath of fresh air. She took the time to show me different options in different brands that I've never considered before. She listened to what I was looking for, and guided me appropriately.
I don't have anyone in my immediate circle who loves makeup the way I do, so when I chatted with Amanda, it honestly felt like I had found my makeup person ! I probably could have talked to her for hours about it.
She is amazing, and please let her know how grateful I am for the interaction I had with her. I hope that Sephora does everything they can to keep employees like her around. Thanks Amanda!

Always super friendly and helpful! I’ve called in and they check for products and hold them for me plus I’ve asked questions regarding certain items and they have given me free samples! They are knowledgeable and kind!

This is the place to be and to get the lushest fresh and allure of fragrances. the guys and young ladies that work here no there stuff and so do I. I recommend a couple of my favorites that I wear and the customers bought them. keep in mind you don't want everyone to smell as good as you do so the trick is when asked What Are You Wearing? kindly reply I forgot and that it was a gift. A scent that works with your body chemistry may not work on someone else's and somethings are worn in season unless specified Year Round!!! Facts!!!!!

My sister went to this Sephora today to get color matched and the worker there made a face when helping my sister that was so unprofessional of her to do that to someone that’s already shy to ask for help and the one time she ask for help this happens not ok Sephora needs new workers can’t have people working around young people you go to Sephora to feel better and feel pretty I’m very disappointed ?
