Outstanding convenience store at this Shell! There is a Crunchy Munchy Chicken with excellent biscuits, Giacomo's Coffee (which also makes burgers), a solid regular coffee and bakery program, a surprisingly good toy selection, and all the usual c-store stuff. The store itself is spacious and clean. Everyone working there seems delightful. If you get the Loop Neighborhood app, there will be coupons. Gas prices seemed on the higher side, but I need coffee and biscuits more often than I need gas, y'know?

My wife Went in on Thursday 12/19/24 mind you he’s not helping her at the register just decides to put his 2 cents in this guy with a dumb looking fedora hat at night says to her cause she is buying a pack of swisher “save one for me” this guy needs to be terminated he’s very unprofessional no one needs to go to a store and be harassed he needs to do his job I will be checking in and calling your HR department about this situation

Seriously, this gas station’s staff was the best. The girls were so sweet and struck up a conversation with me right away because I was alone. And the bathroom was clean! I would highly recommend. Great service here!

Went there this morning to get gas because I was on empty and all I had was $100 bill and they didn't have change to give me back $50. Luckily I was able to make it to the shell on McHenry and the gentleman gladly gave me change. The lady their was rude and didn't even apologize. How does a store not have $50 in change to give back to a customer. Makes no sense. Never going here again.

Very bad service. There was a new man in the counter, and he seemed to be rude. I've never seen him before. He was arguing with the customer. Rude and his coworker can't even talk. It seemed like she was scared to speak because he was loud and bigger in size and height. He just argued and wanted to come out as right and no one else!!! He seemed to me like a racist man, too... kind of. Maybe, maybe not.

I have been here twice in the last two weeks for fuel and had the same problem, on different pumps! After the card reader accepts your card and prompts you to choose a fuel grade, when you do and pick up the nozzle, it wont reset the previous persons purchase/readout. Won't go to zero....does nothing. So, i have to walk in and tell them. They tell me its slow and to wait a little longer. So I go back out and look at the readout just to see it hasn't changed. Back inside I go again to tell them to cancel the transaction and I'll try another pump. It worked.....but I shouldn't have to walk in there once, let alone twice, to pay for gas. Why the hell even have card readers if they fail on people. I have a destroyed left hip and the last thing I need is to waste my timke and effort walking back and forth....its BS!

This gas station is a rip off. I bought $20 Worth of gas and forgot to pump it. Well he didn't want to refund me nor let me pump my $20 worth of gas. The Indian Manager/owner has no customer service. I'm never going there again.I worked at gas station before and I was mostly always able to find the money on my register if I'm over. I believe he stole my $20 or pump gas in his car. Lol

I just picked up some food from here, yes they do have food, and the customer service was very great. I don't normally get the food here, I had questions, about food items they carry and I had a few questions and I was hesitant, but that cashier, Era, I think was her name, she was very helpful, and very friendly.
