I took my kids in for some back to school shopping, and Jasmin was FANTASTIC! She was so friendly and warm during our interaction, that I felt compelled to write about it. She helped find the right sizes for my kids, had them try the shoes on and walk around in them, and completely made the interaction seamless from start to finish. I'm so happy we went in and worked with her. I will absolutely return to buy from here again!

Came in and bought some jordans and Jasmine was very rude. She was using foul language and hugging her crew members acting inappropriate in front of other customers some were children. Please address Jasmines badd attitude and inappropriate behavior.

I was busy so I sent my girl some cash and had her pick up a pair of sneakers from there I was looking for, she was already at the mall. As a sneaker guy very disappointed in a place called shoe palace. The Jordan had a white canvas toe there where black scuff marks on the toe. The box was mangled beyond repair a hole so big in the side of the box a shoe can literally fall out. When I called they tried to sell me some shoe cleaner and said there is nothing they can do about the box. If your really into sneakers avoid this place. I personally don’t shop here and my girl can care less about sneakers so she did not pay attention. I’m not a reseller literally just collect sneakers and there boxes!

I did not like the false advertisement of a raffle to win free shoes to end up going there to collect the shoes that I won for them to charge me $200 and so I chose to walk away because their promotional was fake and they decided to tell me once I got there instead of the day of the raffle that when they do raffles that it's not to win free shoes even though that's what they told me when I filled out my raffle ticket so you can imagine my frustration waking up at 7:45 in the morning to be there by 8 for me to find out that i waisted my time
