BUYER BEWARE. You might have this happen to you. Get delivery after waiting 2 weeks only to find out that the remote controls for the mattresses don't work. Then they promise to come back the next day to fix it and don't show up. When they get called the next day they tell you that they will come in three weeks (that's right 3 #%&!# weeks!). Then you get mad looking at your new mattress that doesn't work so you call them and tell them to come and get their worthless crap out of your house, they tell you that you can't request a return until after you try the beds for at least 30 days. So you school them that the joke beds can't be tested until they fix their garbage. After the repair guy finally showed up 3 weeks later and the pump and remotes finally work, the bed doesn't feel comfortable no matter what number you try. When you call them at the 31-day mark as instructed and tell them to come and remove their crap they say that the adjustable bases are not returnable and that your signature on the checkout receipt they don't tell you is a contract says you agreed to that, making what the salesperson said a complete lie: "...and you will have a full 100 nights to decide if you want to keep your new BED!!!!!" Funny how that is actually just the mattress and nothing else. LYING LIARS need to move their store to the FLEA MARKET where LYING LIARS belong. The actual guarantee is that you will be furious at this joke of a company who are extremely deceptive. Do yourself a favor by avoiding this nightmare because it's a bait and switch scam.

Although the store was good, customer service is not. Policies should be revised and associates should try helping the situation. My overall feeling was they just didn’t care about customer satisfaction. I purchased the bed not realizing I had an existing adjustable base. On the day of delivery, I was informed that the frame could not be removed. Therefore, the bed could not be delivered. Customer service called shortly after to give me two options. One to get another delivery date or two cancel the bed. Since I am a 70 year old man, I could not move that frame. So the bed was not delivered. I did think of another option as the delivery guys were leaving but could not get their attention and they did not return my call. I feel that the salespersons should have contacted me after to discuss and provide alternatives and help find a solution.. This apparently is a big organization and do not care about a sale. Appears they do not care so can not provide a good review.

Although the Modesto CA Sleep Number store was very knowledgeable, overall customer service is not good. Some existing policies need to be reviewed and being able to provide solutions for customer situations should be addressed. Because I had a bed frame which could not be removed on the day the new bed was being delivered, It had to be returned. At 70 years of age, I was not able to remove the frame. Customer service called me and gave me two options. One was to get another delivery date and the other was cancel the bed. So I cancelled and they lost the $6000.00 sale. This was not a concern to the company. I felt that the store personal could have assisted in getting a resolution. Also when trying to write a negative review on the Sleep Number websites, it appeared to be deleted. To me this company just doesn't care about positive solutions. Would have been better if I was contacted and procould have discussed all options.

Darcy was exceptional to work with! She listened to both my husband & myself explaining our sleep issues and came up with ideas. She was very knowledgeable about the various projects which we appreciated. Overall she was just an enjoyable person to work with.

Well the people in the store are very nice butSleep number service is terrible.I purchased a bed and financed thru their bank Synchrony.Interst free equal monthly payments.First month 109.Next month 124.Then they decide to take the entire amount almost 4k put of my bank.This happened right before property tax is due.I called them it took 1 month to get my funds back.Still charging me interest every month.Called them they said they would fix it, but they did not.So I decided to pay it off minus $41.00 late fee.They sent me a letter that I owe $81.00 in interest and $41.00 in late fee.Now to call the bank takes about 1 hour on hold.I called sleep number, they can not do anything. SCAMDONT DO IT.I HAVE SPENT ATLEAST 10 HOURS ON THE PHONE.TERRIBLE

We never intended on making such a large purchase but fell in love with all the features of the C360 bed. The sales staff is incredible!Shakib is very knowledgeable about the products he represents and did not apply any pressure to buy. The decision we made was ours alone. Robyn also was very helpful in getting the administrative side all taken care of and the purchase set in place.If you are looking for a Sleep Number bed, this is the store you want to visit!!!

They were very thorough and thoughtful (and patient lol) with my sister and I. My sister required extra time to test the bed and they were very accommodating even though it was one of the busiest weekends of the year for them. Much Thanks to Robyn and Shakib!
