First time in a long time that I've been to S&F. They have some frozen and specialty items i just can't find anywhere else. Their prices are lower on a lot of stuff, but as with other supermarkets you need to be aware of competitors pricing to ensure you're getting a good deal.

We shop here constantly all staff are always friendly but Isaac I believe is his name on the back always very helpful. Excellent customer service and a happy smile.
