At this location, today I'm in line and watch the barista hand the same drinks to two different cars, and the people handed it back obviously not their drinks typically most places don't take drinks/ food back since COVID due to the not knowing of what a customer might be carrying (diseases) and sitting in my car thinking watch with my luck those are going to be my drinks being handed back and forth not knowing where or what is or has been on their hands or if their hands touched the mouth piece, yuck!! And yes to my FN surprise they were My drinks. So now I have to waste more money and time to go to another Starbucks wait in line again pay again all because a barista can't pay attention to orders and customers names. So please don't let a NEWB run the drive thru window unless they know what they're doing. Please and thank you.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations when I visit the area. The batistas are pretty chill and do an excellent job at making specialized coffee and other drinks! The ambiance is great too with a simple seating arrangement. Unfortunately there are no outlet receptacles and the washroom is code entry with assistance from a team member. Parking is a little compact but is on site. Store is also very clean.Parking: Parking is in the front of the store on the west side with a west and north entrance/exit.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp on the north side of the store.

The service here on the busiest night of the year is awful. They turn off the mobile app. So you can't order. But yet they tell everyone. You can only order through the mobile app or the drive through. Then why tell everyone to order through the app? They should just say drive thru only.

While waiting for the bus across the street, I decided to stop by here and get a drink to go. I got my usual mango dragon fruit refresher with 1/2 oat milk and it was as delicious as always . The staff were friendly and had me out in less than 5

I'm certain that these three young women are hard workers, and that their location on 9th Street subjects them to many, uh.... transient, problems (so to speak), but really...Staying at a nearby hotel, I woke up on Phoenix body-clock time at 0500 (5:00 AM) .and after having showered and shaved, got dressed in my desert tan tactical clothing (complete with military patches) and ambled down to $tarbucks to arrive a few minutes after the store opens. Yanno, on foot... the young barista stocking the coffee mugs at the mid-merchandise bar gesticulates to me with some unknown sign language as I stand in the rain, which began moments before my arrival at the front door -- which is locked. She makes several pantomime gestures which I fail to comprehend, then she impatiently marches to the sign by the front door and points to the sign: lobby hours are 0700. This is obviously a problem for us both: either she believes me to be a vagrant (insulting to me) -- my clothing IS a favorite of the burgeoning homeless genteel population of California and specifically, Modesto, but I have short, clean hair, spotless military fatigues (complete with tactical patches), am cleanly shaven, smell good, and have all of my teeth. Confusing, I know...She ignores my gestures (all polite), trying to indicate that (1) I am a hotel guest from just down the street; (2) it is beginning to rain (yes, I am accustomed to training in all weather); I have actual large-bill cash, uncommon to all vagrants except for drug dealers; (3) holding up my hotel passkey card to at least persuade her that I'm staying in the nearby sorta first-class hotel, which she also ignores; (4) attempting to communicate that I'm picking up a web-site order on behalf of the $tarbucks patron who placed the order, which she is also ignoring... and (4) I'm really trying not to treat her with the same disrespect and contempt that I'm getting from her.She ignores me -- well, sorta -- and walks over to talk with the two other young, inexperienced kids she works with. They talk amongst themselves as I point to a spot inside to my (our) internet order which sits cooling off near the drive-through window.I ambled around the building to the drive-up window, gesticulting with my hands which are holding an imaginary steering wheel, attempting to persuade her that I am worthy of getting her attention -- the drops of rain persuading me that it's about to get wet. I guess she doesn't fall for my act, but she cautiously opens the window, and I clearly state "You have a mobile order for __________ __________ (clearly, I am not female, but in this day and age, anything goes...). "Yes," she says cautiously (I guess the local homeless gentlemen and ladies have used this ploy, too). "I can't serve you as you're not in a vehicle..." True, I'm not, but I'd not a fan of waking up the hotel parking valet to get in my vehicle so that I can drive three blocks and appear before her in my 6,600 pound new Dodge Ram truck, which will immediately establish me as a bonafide customer -- especially being much more dry in doing so. "I can bring your order over to the side door." Oh... there's a thought..."Please do."The third barista, who clearly has drawn the short straw, comes over and hands me two lukewarm venti coffees and a bag full of now-cold breakfast. "This is a bit impractical..." I start to explain that having my hands full of coffee is an open invitation to the local homeless crowd who wouldn't mind robbing someone who has both hands full -- and standing outside $tarbucks talking to closed doors HAS attracted the attention of the locals. "Would you like a drink carrier?" Yes, I would, though the falling rain will likely soften and render useless the thin cardboard appliance. "Yes, please."The look on her face, having imposed upon her one last time, is one of impatience: clearly, I have fostered their impatience, believing me to be dangerous, worthy of their contempt. I
