I found a bug in my sandwich the other day and went back to let the girl know but she started to argue and refused to make things right. She said there’s no way that a fly could have gotten in since they close the food up but when I went in there everything was exposed and she was in the back. Definitely shouldn’t be working there ??♀️

DON'T FALL FOR THE TIP SCAMThe store has it set up to when you swipe your card it asks you if you want to leave a tip and it gives you 15% 18% or 20% options. Before I decided to leave a tip I asked the workers if they actually get the tips from the people who use their card and tip thru the card. They looked at me confused and said they don't think so. I said if you got the tips management would be clear and tell you when you get hired this is the hourly pay this is how cash tips work this is how debit card tips work. I don't know answer means management was obviously not making them aware that they get those tips from the cards. So that would be a no. So u guess subway pockets it while they hire these young kids trying to make their money and then take the tip that was meant for the sandwich makers and pocket it right to the store. THATS A SCAM CUSTOMERS TIP BASED ON WHO MADE RGE SANDWICH FOR THEM. THOSE DEBIT CARD TIPS ARE NOT FOR THE OWNER OF THE STORE OR THE CORPERATE.

Brenda is a rude lady. Can’t believe people work in customer service and are rude to customers. I will not be returning. I thought fat women were the best at making food. I guess she’s only good for eating it.

I have always driven the extra couple of miles to this location because they were fast and friendly and their food was fresh. This has not been the case the last few times I've visited and today was the worst experience I've ever had here! I placed my order online as usual and I sent my mother to pick up the order. She is older. She asked the employee (woman) behind the counter if the order on the shelf was under my name. The woman rudely replied 'if that's what the label says!' Ok, fine... you have an attitude. Whatever hope you have a better day. But!... Then we get the sandwiches home and they are made incorrectly... ok whatever we will live. I paid for them so I'm still eating them... Welp then I bit into the sandwich and literally had to yank and pull out a piece of hair that was at least 12-14inches long!!!! What in the heck! First the lady has an attitude, made the sandwiches completely incorrectly but then I find a hair in my food, too?!?!? I won't be going back to this location, I suggest you stay away as well!
