I called to make an appointment to get my daughters prom dress altered the woman said she could do it and my daughter went to the place and she asked her to put her dress on. It's a sparkly prom dress and the woman told my daughter very rudely " I can't do this dress, it has too much glitter and is getting all over my floor" hello! It's a prom dress it was $500 so it wasn't cheap glitter like she said. She told my daughter " Sorry you like glitter!" Wth?! So if you have a pretty sparkly prom dress don't bring it here!!! What a waste of time

This review is purely based on pricing. Nice lady and clothes appear to be a in order but I was not expecting $253 for dry cleaning. 24 items in total. Mostly shirts and slacks with three coats. Maybe it was me for taking such a large load, but still a little shocked by the price I had to pay. Again, nothing wrong with the place....just a lesson I learned to ask questions about pricing upfront, even if it's just a dry cleaning place.

Recently picked up my uniform from another cleaners and the work was done all wrong. They did not do the sewing I requested correctly. After leaving, brought it to superior cleaners and right on the spot, they were able to fix my uniform with no issues. Very nice and great work. I would highly recommend here for anyone who's looking for a great cleaners or alterations

I needed a shirt pressed for a funeral, I called about 5 places and they said they didn’t have time. I called Superior Cleaners and she did it in 10 mins.. Very helpful and superb service! Highly recommend

New Owner of Superior Cleaner II doesn't know how to accept customer feedback. I took in five dress shirts to be clean and press with (medium starch). New Owner sent me a email informing me that my clothes were ready to be picked up. When we arrived to the cleaners the New Owner begins to make excuses as to why the shirts are not cleaned properly.( Shirts were still dirty around the collars) One excuse he uses is that he didn't have the time to clean them the right way. This is after he has taken "my hard earned money out of hand". Then he says. "If you would like for them to be clean properly that I need to repay full price to have the shirts cleaned over again." I say NO WAY, then he says, "I don't want to hear you complaining". I immediately leave his cleaners in search of an honest cleaner to clean my shirts. I rather go to another cleaners were the owner isn't so arrogant and condescending unwilling to provide excellent customer service. In my opinion; this cleaners use to be a very good cleaners, but thanks to the New Management this cleaners falls short of many fine cleaners here in the valley.
