Went to this T-Mobile store to see if I could get signed up for a 55+ plan(not a big ticket item). I had purchased a phone from Amazon and took it with me. Initially had spoken with, Devon, on the phone, who assured me that they could help me. When I arrived, Edgar took care of what I needed, answered every question and got me out of there in about 20 minutes. Very nice experience, highly recommend!

Lazy and rude staff... walked round for 10 minutes trying to see if they asked if we needed help, one girl was in sandals just on her personal phone. Other dude was rude af when he said for us to wait for help

I drove to this location because the tracy location was full of rude staff & an even ruder manager. They made me go back and forth, only to waste my time and not help me at the end. Huge rave to Edgar!!!! We explained to him what we had been through and what our situation was and he helped us right away. THANK YOU EDGAR! Thanks to you, I had an amazing experience at tmobile today and I now have a working phone. You explained everything perfectly and I left happy!

We had a very bad experience today ,we just want to buy a new phone. And the agent told us, wait ten minutes.We were there for one hour and twenty minutes, I ask again how much more time, and he said ten minutes, that meants one more hour, there works tree guys ,they are so slow very relaxing..And costumer waiting look very estresfull. No urgency to attend them. And This .was on a monday .

My phone was affected by the t mobile outage 2/12 went 10 days with no service went to over 3 t mobile stores stayed inside for hours talking to representatives customer service etc no one could fix the problem . I came to this store in the mall 2/21 , every employee was helpful , KARLA especially she fixed my phone did everything she could to resolve the issue and 10 days later I have service again thank you SO much KARLA !!! You literally made my day !

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT use T-Mobile and do not use this store. ISH our sales guy added services to our account we did not ask for, he did not give us the correct Business account, the phones for trade were not put in the system correctly, our numbers were not put in the system correctly, the wrong phone was ordered, I watched as he wrote the information down. T-Mobile customer service has been a nightmare, we have been in to the store so many times trying to get our account corrected and still nothing but sorry. I want out of T-Mobile and want to go back to AT&T. DO NOT SWITCH TO T-MOBILE as a local business owner to be treated like this is disgusting and I would be embarrassed to own/operate this establishment. I will tell everyone that I come in contact with my via business to stay away from T-Mobile unless you want to be treated like trash.

I'm having a screen repaired. This repair takes 10 mins when done by a skilled tech (I have 12 years wireless management background). Why would you schedule an appointment meaning time dedicated to a client for someone then take 2+ hours to fix it. Come out repeatedly telling me 20 more minutes then again 20 more minutes to tell me that you cannot fix my phone because the tech broke it! I'm livid, don't waste your time coming here. It's now 3+ hours wasted for nothing. What a huge lack of customer service and a terrible client experience.

I went to T-Mobile to do an upgrade on my son's phone and a good deal on a new phone the service was great Britney the(CSR) was a big help she answered questions about the phones we were looking at she also transferred the data from the old phone to the new phone she went above and beyond thanks Britney for your awesome customer service and thanks T-Mobile for being Awesome
