I was at the store today, I was going to buy a 100 dollar toy and there was a coupon for it but my app is been giving me problems, so the First Lady (an older lady) was telling me how she could not apply it for reasons that made no sense, so she sends me to the return cashier which had the worst attitude ever about it, I was back and forth with them, then anyways I seen a manager and asked about it, she said was so nice and confirmed I have not gotten it before so she takes me to the same lady and she was like I already told her it doesn't apply, at this point I'm like ???? What's her problem? Does she own target? Omg. Anyways the manger she was so nice and kind and that's the only reason why I'm giving stars here.

On 9/27/2023 at around 3pm I took my toddler shopping at this location. Midway through shopping my son decided to take his daily poop. I've never changed my two year old in a public restroom before, I've always opted for changing him in the car due to germs and privacy concerns but today we walked to this store so that wasn't an option. Immediately upon entering the women's restroom I was concerned not only because there was a lady that clearly did drugs that was applying eyeliner in the mirror, that she most likely stole from the store but mostly because the changing table was directly in the entrance, visible from the walk way and visible from the entrance to the men's restroom.As a mother, I am protective of my child's privacy and safety. I was immediately uncomfortable and in fear of someone looking at him inappropriately & unfortunately my fear came true that day. That same lady was standing in the entrance halfway peeking at my son, I immediately said "can I help you", her response was " uhh uhhh uhh, I was just making sure he was ok". My son was crying because he was uncomfortable and because he had pooped which is normal for a toddler in public and it didn't seem to cause anyone else to stare at him. She wasn't concerned about him, she was being a disgusting creep and the security guard even noticed & told the store manager. After that happened my blood immediately boiled, I spoke to the security guard and a team lead, the lead told me that she would put in a work order but there is a process and she can't guarantee that they'd approve it but as a mother she agrees that the changing table is located in a terrible place and even another male employee said that he even feels uncomfortable walking into and out of the restroom because kids are being changed visibly right there in front of everyone. On 9/27, I also called their customer relations line and emailed targets CEO's & CFO's. I have yet to get a response from anyone. I'd like to request that you'd put in an immediate work order to move the changing table into a family stall where all kids will have their privacy & parents will feel comfortable & at ease. Target does not care about protecting our children from predators. I will be looking into suing if this is not dealt with by the end of October. I refuse to let anyone else's children be a victim.

I'm a regular Red card customer at Target. I was followed around by security for no reason, but just racial profiling. If this happens again, I will be filing a discrimination charges and I have thousands of receipts to show my customer loyalty.

I hate to say it, but Walmart is cheaper. They have almost the exact same items at a lower cost in this day and age .who wants to throw away money. There are some things that I'd much rather have in target than at Walmart. But it's very few and for groceries. It's just too expensive at target. Winco seems to be my spot.

Tried calling to let them know I wasn't going to be able to make it in time due to an accident on 99. I spent at least 15 minutes calling and being disconnected after each department let the phone ring for minutes. I guess they time out and hang up on customers. Terrible customer service. Even the HR department didn't have a voicemail.

NEVER BUY A TARGET GIFT CARD!!!! I went to target to purchase a gift for a party but after browsing the store I decided it would be best to instead purchase a gift card. I ended up purchasing a nice birthday card with envelope and a $100 target gift card by the checkout. I dropped it in the envelope sealed it up and stored it in my vehicle. I ended up not attending the party and when I went to target decided to use the gift card. I rang everything up and tried using this gift card I purchased IN STORE but a $0 balance showed. I've been in contact for about 2 weeks with gift card services because in store they don't offer any support for THEIR GIFT CARD but NOTHING has been resolved!!! Just keep getting the run around so far.

Mobility is an issue for me. I looked online and finally called Target. I waded thru the difficult answering robot and eventually entered "2" for the Electronics department. The phone rang for 27 times until I got disgusted and hung up. I called the main number a second time,,,waded thru the answering robot and tried Customer Service, thinking they may be able to answer my question as to a specific item I needed to purchase. That extension rang 16 time I gave up. THANKS TARGET

Terrible customer service. A $20 tie fell out of my bag at checkout and I didn't notice til I got home. Target supervisor won't refund me for the tie as they say I paid for it and walked out. This is only one instance of the terrible customer service of this big box store. Guess what, Target. There are other big box stores to choose from.

Stopped in today after visiting several other targets with no luck, i was looking for a specific shirt that was sold out every where. Drove 45 mins just to find it and id like to Happily thank your Employee Cierra for the help and going the extra mile to even go in the back and find my size. She could of been like the others from the different targets and told me no but she went in the back found it and just made my day! Id like to let her know she made my wife and I today some very happy customers!! She was Awesome

don't even bother calling them if you have an issue. they NEVER answer the damn phone. you're better off going to the store unfortunately.

I just absolutely love this location. It's just your average Target, but it's the employees that really make this place the best. I am constantly going there, for drive-up pickups or just to wander the aisles. I have a baby, so my stroller is usually my cart and my last time in, my items just weren't fitting and I started feeling embarrassed and flustered. I have extreme social anxiety, but nobody ever makes me feel rushed (except rude customers ). The gentleman checking and bagging my items happily assisted me out to my car. We talked like old friends, and laughed the whole way to where I parked. The staff is just so accommodating, friendly, understanding and helpful. I love you guys, thank you for providing a safe, friendly space in such crazy times.

There are signs ,There's a person in the main entrance and still, people are allowed to go in without wearing a mask, how is that safe?
