My technician Kyle E. was great but he said it might take a bit of time to get my repairs (through geeksquad at bestbuy outsourcing to y'all) but the time management in this company is beyond bad. Weeks without a refrigerator is wild.

Frustrating company with a loose relationship to the truth. Dealing with them for a Samsung washer under warranty. Recieved a call on Tuesday. A part was being shipped overnight to me and an appointment was set with a 5 hour arrival window for Thursday. Sounded great. Part arrived on Wednesday. Thursday comes and at 3pm, 3 hours into the arrival window, I receive another call asking to set an appointment for Monday. I ask what happened to today's appointment? I'm told no appointment was ever set for today. I point out that I have an email of the appointment confirmation for 12-5 today. The woman on the phone then back pedals and said they tried to call me and left a voicemail to reschedule. Which is it? Was there never an appointment or did it have to be rescheduled? No missed calls from them, no voice-mail, just lies, and gaslighting behavior. I work for a repair contractor in a different industry and companies like this one give all contractors a bad rep. Will update if they actually show up on Monday.

Alana was so kind as well as the other customer service Representatives I spoke to.. very attentive. Very helpful. Huge shout out to Sage our technician that came out and kept us from going crazy by finding out was making our refrigerator grind. Smart and perceptive. Thanks so much!!

This place sucks they call to confirm the service appointment then the next day cancel the appointment with no warning and say that manufacturer canceled the appointment after trying to get a hold of someone for 2 hrs people do have lives

Outstanding service on 65" Samsung TV Monitor purchased in Sept 2020 from Costco! NOTE: This was provided as warranty service. Costco gives you $100 toward an extended 5 year warranty (cost $100) with Allstate. This repair did not cost us a dime. Problem with gray clouds bleeding from top of screen down into picture and some circular spots elsewhere on picture. It was noted only on certain colors (white, blue, light colors). Bryan handled everything promptly and professionally. He was familiar with the problem, contacted Samsung with example of the problem, and they authorized the repair. In and out in 30 minutes. Glad we got this taken care of.

Had a great experience. Got a call to set up an appointment the day after I talked to Samsung about my TV not turning on. About a week later, Ron comes with the parts to fix the problem I had. He explained everything he was doing and finished in about 30 mins.

Amazing experience with them and their technician Ron. Had to come out twice due to Samsung's mistakes. Ron was super helpful, kind, and wanted to help us with the issue. Fixed our washing machine like new and we love him for it!!! Thank you!!!

Technician did not show up on scheduled time, and did not give any reason for the no-show.Customer service was rude and was not helpful.This was the assigned company by Samsung, I would avoid this company if I had the choice.

I never recommend this company to anyone. No customer care service. I was trying to reach them since last 5 days, daily 6 times. No answer from the customer care. I bought one Samsung Washer from Costco. In one year the system is not draining. I am transferred from one customer care to other like Costco online -> Costco Censer -> Samsung -> Tekniton etc. Basically you pay the money to buy more headache. This company never answer or schedule appointment. Ideally google should allow to give Negative rating for such companies.

This is the worst company ever worked with. Their customer care service never receives your call. I tried 7 times and then wrote the review. Still, I am surprised that Samsung works with such a worst company for service. I have a Samsung washer that did not drain. One person from this company came and clean the filter and told me it will work and left the house. Next wash it is still the same problem. Due to this service company, now I have changed my mind to go with GE for my refrigerator, Range, and Range hood. We have been dealing with a refrigerator that stops working every year since we’ve had it. We were lied to by Samsung to purchase the fridge and they would reimburse us…. We started leasing it from Aarons and purchased it in 2022 guess what. We were tricked by Samsung they were telling us we didn’t own the fridge so they couldn’t reimburse is we had to own it! This company Tekniton is not at all at fault because the manufacturer should have policies in place that after so many issues there are different steps if necessary. Ron was the first technician and he was very nice but we had an issue with my fridge being damaged however he was nice. The second technician was Mike he was exceptional and was kind to my home and understanding of my issues with the whole situation. Poor Mike who was the last tech didn’t really have a chance. I think because no one wants to take responsibility for a refrigerator that keeps shutting down and I’m losing hundreds of dollars of food and in this inflation time food is truly expensive He got all the frustration and it was not his fault but his unprofessional remark was his fault which escalated an already bad situation. Mike fixed the issue and i really can’t say the company is bad a little inexperienced on how to handle issues with consumers who have had multiple repaired Is where they need to work on. Looking out for the consumer and not the manufacturer. But it’s about money for some I didn’t have to pay out of pocket for that I’m grateful. We all need to calm down and be more understanding of the other one. Please don’t tell people to ignore the negative comments because you were not there.l in their situation. Tekniton should have declared this refrigerator defective and requested a replacement, period. Three times the same issue? It’s not their fault it’s Samsung’s fault. I’m thankful they each came and fixed my problem but wished they would have provided reasons and suggestions to the manufacturer to better serve the customers and boost their moral in business. If I take my car to a good mechanic they will assess the problem if its correctable or notify me to junk the car and get a new one, but a shister will take your money time after time knowing it’s only going to keep breaking down so he can get that money. Tekniton, be a good and trustworthy company not a shister, give customers the true facts and the manufacturer. Think about it!

don’t even bother trying to get your tv fixed. just get a new one. lady on the phone told me it was going to be $175 was straight lies. had a guy come in to check it out and all he did was smack my tv and was holding the power button. then told me I had to pay $800 for repair. i had to pay $100 just for him to do that “inspection”

Trust me, go somewhere else!! Worst customer service and response time of any appliance repair that I have ever dealt with!!
