Todd told me he could work on my car. Said the diagnostic fee would apply to repairs, he did diagnostic, but told me he couldn't do the work I'm out the fee after telling him what the codes were. He clearly could have told me he didn't perform what the codes were telling, would have saved me unnecessary fees paid

This was the best car repair experience ever. I brought my car in for the air conditioning and it was done within 2 hours! Very courteous, communicative, and fair with the price. This has always been an excellent repair shop. I have not been here since the ownership change, and I was happy to see that the service is as good as ever.

To my understanding. Joe, the boss, knows what he's doing and shows consistentancy in his diligence to run a shop accordingly and honestly. Jenny answering the phones is really respectful and surprised me by her kindness. Todd, the manager always has time to talk and will go above and beyond to make sure things are right. Technicians there are very helpful and will always do the job right no matter how much effort it takes. I'm very pleased by the teamwork and honesty this place shows on a daily basis.
