This store is not recommended by me or my family. We were shopping this morning and found some things that were unbelievably priced so high we thought to ourselves we could go buy the item brand new for the same price. Service is rude , careless , store is messy. Rude people every one of them. It's like they are told to be rude. Don't know. Don't care. We will never go back .Stop donating to this place . Not nice people. Robbing people is not the business. Go away.

Ugh terrible service. I went and found something really cool that I wanted to see if it worked so I asked if there was a USB adapter around I could try it out. Both employees had a bad attitude and turned me down. Eventually I found a battery pack that had a charge and the light I wanted worked. But still I've had better service here from other employees but the older lady at the jewelry counter was rude and the cashier was no help at all. And they will be rememberd

I ? THIS THRIFT STORE!I could seriously spend like a week in there sifting thru all of the hidden treasures. they have name brand items, like Vans, Nike, MissMe Jeans, True Religion...and even higher end clothing, like Marc Jacobs, Stacey Adams, and Vera Wang I've seen it all in there. Much more cost friendly than Plato's Wallet Killer Closet.... better product and never over $20. I bought a brand new drawstring Nike backpack with matching shoes for under $20. They have sales that actually save you money. And, they've got a huge.selection of home decor, like paintings, shelves, and other furniture. There's household appliances, like a big selection of Shark vacuum and shampooers. They have outdone the Goodwill Store, which used to be in that building before them.I'm actually on my way there right now to buy some new shirts, a couple pair of jeans, and hopefully I will also find a pair of sneakers to match an outfit. I usually do.One more thing: The people who work there are really cool. They treat their customers with respect, and they are helpful with things like loading furniture and other large items in your car or truck. Always friendly, never rude or impatient.

I got four wonderful items in new condition. A brown suede Willi Smith jacket, a Vera Wang beige silk pleated tank, black lounge pants, and a peach linen sculpted jacket from J Crew. Great merchandise and prices!

This store is great. There is a lot of furniture, clothing, some electronics, etc. They also have an excellent donation drive thru with helpful, friendly staff.

******RUDE STAFF*******It looks like my review was deleted so I will write it again. This business does not live up to its name. Yesterday I was at this store and the staff was very rude. A worker named STEVEN muttered a rude comment about me and another customer right in front of our faces as he was treating other customers poorly. There was also another employee named Ravina who was rude as well.If you want a positive and welcoming experience at a thrift store, go to a different one because this store is not friendly at all.

Prices are sky high. I go to a lot of thrift stores in many cities. These are the most outrageous prices I have seen. Which explains why the racks are so packed you can barely look thru it. The clothes racks move very little side to side which makes it a strain to even shop.

The way this thrift store sells collectibles and plushies is horrendous. Overpriced and ruined, prices are written on the products with markers ruining the overall value. 5 dollars for a bloody carnival prize stuffed animal. 12 for a brand plushie.Often most other thrift stores have their collectibles on a set price depending on size or at least have them in bags with the price on them. Despite all items being donations they will do anything to charge the most amount of money for them. Don’t donate nor buy here.

Do not shop here and do not donate hereFor a thrift store that obtains all their merchandise through donations, you would figure they would be able to work with what you got considering what I was wanting was an item of nesecity as well as mobility.I explained to one of the personal that my wheelchair was stolen that I was homeless and obviously unable to walk with amputations. I didn't have much and offered all I had left, which was 5 bucks he said sorry its firm at 35...my insurance won't pay for a wheel chair. So as I was sitting by the area where the wheel chair was contemplating how I'm going to get the money to buy the wheel chair.... because I was honest, the guy demanded saying sir you need to get off that wheel chair now... for one, I'm resting because I had hoolpped all the way to get to it, and secondly, I was trying to figure out a way to get the other 30... he didn't want to hear any of it he said you need to get out of the chair now.I would also like to add that the comments he had made with some laughter, assuming I was going to steal the wheel chair picking on me because I'm homeless and making comment about me getting out just to sell for drugs.... HOW DARE YOUMight I add that I discovered that this is a Christian store, hence the name I should have figured that one out. Like most organizations and business that claim hide behind the guise of God, claiming they help the needy and community its all a sham and may God have mercy on the owners soul for his or her greed for having process semi close or a small fraction of what is worth.Like always see where honesty gets you. It gets you nowhere now. I can't even doordash at that many dashes now because some I will have no choice but to use one.You got your products to sell by donation, which means you paid nothing for the item.... I understand business is business but when your business gets its items for free and you can clearly see that an item is needed by a customer and not something they just want with medical disabilities and bad circumstance working with them may actually bring you more future business.I will never ever recommend anyone to not only shop at this location but also to donate to a competitor instead, which is right up the street. One final note as I attempted to trade my crucifix with is merely bugettet diamonds with real gold valued a couple times more then what the retail price of the wheelchair in recommended sale price (rsp as wholesalers term it) the person that disrespected me after saying he would see me about it never came to consider my offer. I've of the other employees there decided a crafty way to get me to leave the store by misleading that he would help me out...darn, and I literally thought I was actually going to be blessed. Might I add that Carlos took my crucifix with attentions to compensate to orchard the wheel chair and he never paid meThat's what I get for doing the right thing and doing what the Bible teaches... may work for others, but sure as hell never me.My experience, however, will not change it will remain. This location is greedy and nothing of the Christian type business.

What use to be a great place to thrift is now a overpriced, rude, and shameful place. The pricing on anything's electronic is out of this world, you have to remember these are donated items not retail price or what it is listed for on eBay. It's second hand your sapose to feel like your getting a deal not getting ripped off. By the time you actually get somebody to get you a price on the items behind the counter the whole experience is ruined. Knowledge of product is non existent. Workers Could use a customer service class. Once in a blue moon you might find a deal
