Had ordered some ticket books, received confirmation of my order but it was never placed. When I called employee never apologized over the phone only until he sent the email to reconfirm my order.

It is always a pleasure to work with The Parks Group. They are fast, professional, and provide excellent quality work. I really appreciate the superb customer service and the time that they take with you to make sure your project turns out exactly the way you want. They are great about calling you with questions, or if they see a typo or other error before they go to press. It's that extra level of customer service that really sets The Parks Group apart.

Parks has done an amazing job with every project we've done for Don's Mobile Glass in the past two years.
