Overpriced, dirty, trashy and not safe.
Property crime! My friend had over 1,500$ worth of gear stolen from his vehicle. Beware of the crime that occurs in this neighborhood, it is almost all relating to petty theft but makes it feel unsafe and not secure.
Overall good, but I cannot get over the fact that the grounds are covered in dog feces, along with cockroaches that roam the grounds at night. It’s absolutely disgusting and not worth the expensive rent costs. The garbage intended for people to clean up after their animals is filled with trash like this from residents and then not cleaned for multiple days which leads to dog owners not cleaning up their animals’ messes. Even if it’s empty, many dog owners still do not clean up after their pets. Also keep in mind, there are random inspections that management requires, seems like a breach of privacy yet they justify by saying it’s required for residents. This place is just one big expensive joke.

Section 8 ruined this place.
When I lived there, I had stuff stolen out of my truck, and as I was leaving they started accepting section 8. An employee confirmed my suspicion. In 2 years I watched it get more ghetto as rent only went up. The people who moved in below me smoked weed all the time. People would throw out furniture, and it'd sit by the dumpsters for a month. Very nice staff though.

I walked by this place from time to time headed to the Walgreens right next to it. Four stars because it's gated and I have not much else to tell about this place. Just that there's a lot of stores across the street from it.

While this apartment complex boasts an appealing exterior, the reality indoors is starkly different. Outdated appliances and absurdly thin ceilings that relay every sound from above starkly undermine the quality of living.The environment isn't ideal either, with dog feces carelessly scattered across the grass and flies buzzing persistently. These issues are unfortunately a common sight, a constant reminder of the complex's cleanliness issues.What's more frustrating is the lackadaisical approach from the management office. Their noticeable lack of action to rectify these significant issues is extremely disappointing. Such inaction has transformed what could be a comfortable living space into a persistent challenge.

In addition to the absurdly thin ceiling, through which every movement from upstairs can be heard, there's the issue of dog feces scattered all over the grass. Wherever you go, dog poop is in sight. To make matters worse, there are also flies buzzing about. The lack of action from the management office on these issues is absolutely ridiculous.

Like living at a resort. I came in to inquire about a unit but they didn't have one that fit my time line. Sadly I must say. But that means people don't move out frequently. Very clean. Friendly people. Pet friendly. Great clubhouse and pool area. Apartments have a unique layout but are beautiful. The managers also are awesome. When I toured, I talked with the manager for almost an hour. I may not have moved in, but I think I made a new friend. Which in and of itself is pretty awesome.

My honest review, find better. This complex takes advantage of their location. The appliances are so outdated. As a plumber ill tell you the dishwasher literally stinks up the apartment, its the worst one I've seen. And the stove and fridge are old white ones and theres no way they've been replaced since opening. They're bare minimum. And the counter tops are fake, not even marble... for 2k a month. I never noticed this stuff until my girlfriend pointed out how outdated everything is. Also there is the maintenance, i needed emergency weekend maintenance like 2-3 times for small things and not once did they answer, once the number was completely disconnected. Then when i needed a lightbulb replaced inside my fridge they didn't even show up and they marked it as done. Even with all that i was going to rate them a 2.5 BUTTTT when i moved out they charged me for paint and a full carpet replacement even though i only stayed for 5 months, as i left to rent a home, just to get all of my deposit. Even though i left the apartment spotless. Pathetic. I asked for pictures of the supposed "wear and tear" and received nothing.
