My dryer broke so I had no choice but to seek out a laundromat and I'm very very pleased with this one it's clean and the customer service is excellent.

This place is under new management and it's honestly the Best laundry mat I've ever been to in the Modesto/ceres area. I actually travel from ceres to Modesto just to do laundry here. It's so convenient that this place is open until 1am. The lady working there is super helpful and polite. The wash and dry is fairly priced and reliable. Medium dryers are free, and larger dryers are a few quarters.

I used this laundromat just yesterday (3/18/24) and I was hoping it was as good as the ratings said. It was maybe even better.The washer were very clean, looked brand new even. There were helpful notes all over the place about using the washer, the bathroom etc which I loved!They also offered gently used or never used dryer sheets for customers. There was free Wi-Fi, snack machines, and even a table with coloring books, crayons, and magazines for the kids which mine used most of the time we were there.The lady who was working was super friendly and helpful. There were also giant wrapped cookies on the table for anyone who wanted one.This is my spot now. My favorite thing was that the washers were clean and didn’t smell moldy or old or nasty. Also how nicely it was ran. Definitely 5 stars!

Pretty nice laundromat smaller size laundromat though. The lady that was working is very nice and helpful. Only reason why I got a four stars is because the washer time cycle is on the shorter side compared to most laundromats I've been at. $6 in a three load washer plus an extra 50 cents get you extra time it comes out to 26 minutes. Most time you can get 28 minutes without having to put extra money in and get more time at other laundromats. But it's their price so it is what it is. Location was clean that lady was working hard to make sure it was clean. Really if I could leave a 4.5 Stars I would have. Dryers work good cost $1.75 to run it. I put in an extra quarter so brings my total to $8 total wash. I guess it's not terrible

I have been coming here on and off for over a year and everyone I meet is so kind and helpful. Its clean and inviting. All the needs you can think of while doing your laundry is here.As a parent who sometimes needs to bring my kid, I never feel like a bother. They have coloring books, tv playing and soft music to help as distractions for kids.I'll recommend this place 100% of the time.

Very clean , has change machine, most of the machines don’t look new but there is an attendant present, and they allow access around the clock so the option to do laundry whenever needed is possible!!

I absolutely love this laundry mat. The owner is cool as hell and a big ol sweetheart. And I get to do laundry in the middle of the nite. Where else can you wash clothes at 3 am?

A friend of mine uses this laundromat and recommends it, they say its quite reasonably priced in comparison to others in the area and the machines are kept clean. Great place to wash bedding because of the size of the washers.After hours need to sign up for a key. Doors lock at 6 p.m. but are open 24 hours.

Currently here, listening to motown and warm cleaning ALL of my blankets.This place is so clean and there is an attendant who can help you with whatever. I forgot bleach and they had a bottle for only $3! He was super helpful with explaining the machine as well! Thanks! I'll be back in a couple weeks to do it all over again.

It's small and can get busy, but clean. Door does lock and you have to ring bell to get back in, can get a little annoying but definitely felt safe since I was there at night.

I regret to share my disappointing experience at top notch. The facility is plagued by a persistent cockroach infestation, despite previous reports to the staff, who, unfortunately, appear indifferent to the issue. The pervasive, unpleasant odor upon entering, reminiscent of a sewage problem, further detracts from the overall customer experience. Adding to the discomfort, the owner's unprofessionalism is notable. Instances of unwarranted yelling, especially concerning for those with children, contribute to an atmosphere that is far from welcoming. While I prefer not to leave negative reviews, I believe it's essential to warn other families.
