“Purchased a toy from them almost 2 years ago now and both I and my daughter love riding it around the park to this day. They have a good eye for great quality products and seem to offer more for less than other companies. I had originally planned on going with an Amazon product, but after reviewing the Amazon sellers warranty and after sales reviews decided to go with BigToysDirect instead. Spent over $300 on our toy and are still able to reach out for technical support and assistance to them even now , 2 years later. We appreciate their help and the fact that they stand behind their product. Their customer service team is extremely professional and the technical support representatives as well. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a top tier ride on toy without breaking the bank check out and try BigToysDirect you will not be disappointed. Thanks again !”

“Pretty well stocked with Pokemon cards, but prices are eye-watering. Yes, they'll keep raising prices, but so does every other reseller and at least they are doing pre-order to guarantee you'll be able to grab something. One star less because prices suck, but that is everywhere if you're chasing TCG of any sort. Otherwise 5-star for everything else. Very friendly and knowledge staff, helpful and great attitude. Glad they're still open.”

“If I could score higher I would! I was greeted, the store was clean and organized and super spacious! 10/10 I asked about the balloons and the employee was really nice and knowledgeable! Great work at the Mchenry location!”

“I went in for my first time and it was a good experience however I was told I was being charged $30 for the perfect order build and battle decks but I didn’t realize he charged my wife 40 for each one. we initially went in to buy booster bundles to finish the sets but we seen the battle decks for cheaper plus it had the promos im chasing but still he was charging me 35 for the bundle and 30 for the battle decks how did my wife end up spending 80 😂 I tired calling multiple time but no answer im sure it was a simple mistake on both our ends and hope you guys can make it right especially how the prices are constantly going up”
