“The staff is so sweet and was very patient with my 3 year old son! He had a great time picking, stuffing his bear, dressing it, naming it, and everything else! We love how they have a giant bear for the kids to take pictures with. There were so many options of bears/ characters for the kids to pick through with different price points for everyone. We spent around $50 total with an outfit and shoes. One thing that was kindof a bummer is they make you pay for the box house now. I think it was only a dollar but I remember them being free before so I was shocked when I looked at my receipt. Overall it was a great experience for my little one.”

They have a good eye for great quality products and seem to offer more for less than other companies. “Pretty well stocked with Pokemon cards, but prices are eye-watering. Yes, they'll keep raising prices, but so does every other reseller and at least they are doing pre-order to guarantee you'll be able to grab something.

One star less because prices suck, but that is everywhere if you're chasing TCG of any sort.

Otherwise 5-star for everything else. Very friendly and knowledge staff, helpful and great attitude. Glad they're still open.”

“I went in for my first time and it was a good experience however I was told I was being charged $30 for the perfect order build and battle decks but I didn’t realize he charged my wife 40 for each one. we initially went in to buy booster bundles to finish the sets but we seen the battle decks for cheaper plus it had the promos im chasing but still he was charging me 35 for the bundle and 30 for the battle decks how did my wife end up spending 80 😂 I tired calling multiple time but no answer im sure it was a simple mistake on both our ends and hope you guys can make it right especially how the prices are constantly going up”
