We were cheated here. It was a bait n switch. We were told 90.00 for 3 lines, because 3rd line was free. When we got the 165.00 bill, it was very upsetting. My husband went in and talked to the manager who denied saying all he said, but there were 2 of us that heard the same thing. We hv also had so much trouble with our internet we got through them as well as dropped calls, or we can't receive some calls at all. We are going to change back to Metro. We never had problems with them and only left due to the lie. You just can't trust anyone anymore.

I drove to this location, because I had a terrible experience at the Tracy location. The tracy tmobile made me come back several times only to waste my time and not help my situation at all. Huge rave to Juan for explaining to us how it works and what needed to be done in the most professional manner. He was upfront and honest and that's all I could've ever wanted. Another huge rave to Reem for being so patient and helpful at the same time! She understood exactly what kind of help we needed and she went above and beyond for us! Thank you guys so much. Thanks to you two, I was able to get my situation figured out and my phone is now working!

Reem and Felipe were an amazing help today. They both had great customer service and took care of anything that was needed without a problem. Setting up my new phone was a breeze thanks to them:) didn't feel like a hassle whatsoever. Highly recommend this location! Great people!!

I can't give this less than no stars, but I would if I could. Four years ago I brought in a cell support device to the store and they took it and said they checked it in. Today because I switched from this company to AT&T they sent me a bill for $200 for the device that I took into the store. Now if I don't pay it they will send me to collections. What a racket. I'm done with them forever.
