Cheyenne Elkins at TMS helped navigate my father's various polices after he passed away. Although there was nothing 'in it' for TMS or Cheyenne, she took the time to assist in everything required. Even took the time to get the flood policy cancelled/refunded, which is a bit of work. Cheyenne answered all emails and returned calls in a timely manner, no matter how confusing the matter. Having to navigate the many things that must be done after someone passes, and the stress involved, Cheyenne has been one of the bright spots in an otherwise sad experience. Thanks for your help.
