I rented a box truck from here and they lied about where the gas was at. It was at 1/8 of a tank and they put 1/4. They also didn't tell me about the gas thing. They just gave me a key and I had to find the vehicle myself.

My husband and I recently moved (200 miles away) and needed to rent a trailer to move our things. One of the workers helped us out and gave us a really great deal on the trailer for 1 day! He even let us grab the trailer the night before so we could start early! Then when we turned the trailer in, we got $20 off our price for turning the trailer in before 4pm!!! We had to purchase a ball thing for our car so we could hook the trailer to it but the guy taught us how to install and take out the thingy! (And taught us how to properly hook the trailer up) Thank you so much for making our move that much easier!

Too damn pricey . Been paying for almost 3 years and price at the end was $279 a month. Unfortunately the weekend we came to empty it the temperature was 101°. Miserable!

Do not go here horrible customer service and they over charge you without telling you i was given a receipt with a total and they charged my card more. I dropped off rental at 4 and they said i dropped it off at 6 so they can over charge me. Richard cardenas the manager emailed me and was no help.

This place was a joke. I waited 1.5 + hours for a car trailer while they tried to figure out how to assign the trailer to me on the computer. It took all three KIDS working to figure out the trailer was already reserved for Monday and it was a Saturday. So all they had to do is change it from a one way trip to a return to the same location and problem solved. They need more training.

Do not use this Uhaul if you have any sort of time restraint. I was told my hitch would be ready by the 7th, then by the 13th, then by the 14th, now they say the 18th when I already need to be out of town. Additionally the employees could not care less if they wanted to about weather or not you actually get helped. Save yourself the time and try some where else.

Scam alert! ? Robbing people professionally!
I wish There was a no star option here.
I dropped off vehicle and accepted the extra $20 dollar charge.
The gas was near the middle line and when I went there to give them the keys they said it’s was empty. I don’t know what they did to it but they basically scammed me and charged the gas price for 11 gallons and over price 7.25 while in the gas stations the gas price was 5 something.

Everett had great customer service so helpful and very friendly and very accommodating to my change of pick up time and day very patient and I'm so glad I choose this location to help move my family.

UHaul really needs to step up their game.My experience today has been terrible. I reserved a trailer online ahead of time at a specific location because it’s close to me. I received an email a day before stating that my reservation was updated and that the trailer I requested was now available at a different location. I’m thinking okay then because I need it. So we drive to the other location which is about 20 minutes away and when we get there the employee says” uhhh the trailer isn’t here at this location for you” I show the employee the email stating that the trailer is available for me and he looks like a deer in headlights.After he fiddles with the system he tells me the trailer is available at the original location I had requested. I’m quite frustrated at this point and the employee could care less. No apology, no further customer service to even attempt to make my experience better.We then start the journey back to the UHaul location where I wanted to pick up the trailer. I put my earbuds in to call UHaul customer service because I really want to provide feedback about what has transpired.I’m on hold for over an hour! I was on hold while going to the UHaul location and when I get there guess what- they need to scan my license! My license expired back in May 2021 and I renewed it online. I rented a UHaul truck a month ago when I moved to Modesto and the UHaul location said no problem! We believe you just show us the proof. Imagine my frustration when this comes up. I explained to the employee but he insisted that it’s their policy blah blah blah. So I use my dad’s license. We finally get the trailer and yes, still on hold with UHaul customer service. I finally reach someone who hears me out and tells me at the end of my rant that there’s nothing he can do for me aside from forward my information to the UHaul manager at the location I was at. Really UHaul?! You had me holding for over an hour just to tell me that!? SMH. I expected better service. So disappointed. Let’s see what the manager says when they call me.
