The location in which I went to was the worst I’ve ever been or any business I’ve ever dealt with she gave or should I say quoted the wrong amount said mileage would free and altered it on the paper. She gave no instructions on the return on the weekend simply said just drop the key in the box which is totally false. There’s a whole litany of routines that you have to go through This lady was the worst place was the worst do not if you have any regards for your sanity as well as your money use U-Haul or shall I say this location in Modesto California? What’s the worst? The lady was more concerned with give me out the door and not being concerned with anything other than just her lying, I’ll never deal with U-Haul ever again or and I will tell everyone that do not use U-Haul

The staff here is very friendly I believe her name is Kelly made it very easy for us to get a uhaul even though our reservation was canceled for some odd reason I would recommend renting here

Before renting anything from U-Haul, do a Google search of “U-Haul sucksâ€. There you'll find stories of how U-Haul treats its customers. The day before my reservation, U-Haul moved my pickup location from Oakdale to Modesto—30 miles away. When I called to complain, the representative cancelled my reservation and hung up on me. I finally spoke to a manager who filed a complaint. I was sent an e-mail with an apology and a $50 credit. I never received the $50 credit. By far, the worst service I have ever experienced. I will never do business with U-Haul, again.

A very pleasant and friendly staff, really enjoyed the fast service when I rented a van for a quick in city matress transfer. The process was one of the fastest I've ever experienced, I will definitely return and recommend, keep in mind that this is a private storage location so their rental vehicles may be limited, thank you Joleen...
